The host is extra polite! Since we were traveling, we arrived later after check-in time(after midnight), the host woke up to give us the key. We were extremely grateful for the service 😁

Very close distance to the beaches and to Opatia , Rijeka, Pula, local LIDL supermarket, Plodine supermarket also too close , bakeries which provides fresh burek,fresh pizzas, fresh bread and freshly made cakes especially Trileçe, restaurants and coffee bars, lovely food. The beautiful nature and the lovely plants around especially oleanders 😃 also very clean streets !

Matulji is a cute place next to Opatija. Riviera is beautiful and you can walk from Matulji to Opatija and further via wonderful walking trail by the sea. It has nice coffe bars and restaurants next to the sea. It’s peaceful and dreamy place.MajaCroatia

There even was an area in the yard with a grill, hidden from direct sunshine so you can have freshly grilled meat even in hot summer and not die from heat. The host is very friendly and talkative and even offered us a welcome drink and some fruit from his garden. There is a nice, friendly and playful cat living near the house which both we and our 2 year old son appreciated. This was probably the best experience staying in apartments in Croatia so far.MartinCzech Republic

The cleanliness, the room furnishings with the most expensive and quality products. The staff very very friendly, a 10 plus. We happened to stay on our birthday (mine and my husband's) and the host made us some great surprises. I highly recommend it. Another advantage is that the hotel has a garage. Go because it's worth it.

The appartment was newly done up, it was nice and clean. We arrived by train so we walked a lot. Walking itself was not a probkem but there are no pavements at all in that area.
