We checked in on a Saturday afternoon, the staff welcomed us with a smile.
Our room was automatically upgraded, which was a very kind touch from their side.
The rooms are fully equipped, private and comfortable
in the Hotel you can indulge in the beauty of their Spa variety and heated pool.
The Food was also very good and the selection at the breakfast buffet was outstanding. However, the food menu at the Aura lobby bar has room for improvement.
Hotel Jadran is located on the coast 0.6 mi from the center of Rijeka, boasting simply decorated accommodations mostly with a balcony and views of the Kvarner Bay.

It's a great city with pedestrian friendly streets.
It's a great city with pedestrian friendly streets. I mostly enjoyed Trsat Castle, Sablićevo beach and Submarine burger restaurant.
One of the central city locations - Mrtvi kanal - smells bad.
But I think I spent too much time here and I wish I spent more time in Rovinj which was even more amazing.

Dinner at Bistro Molnar was good. Location of apartment in relation to public transport also good. Apartment was excellent value as long as you're prepared for the 130 plus stairs up and then down again,

Accomodation is brilliant. Close to the city centre where you can find everything. Beach is also very close if you without a car you can always take a bus and it takes just few minutes to get there... very satisfied. The flat is clean with every supplier you need. A great historical city with an old town, many restaurants and cafes, and an active cultural life. Excellent opportunities to travel around the area, accessible by public transport: castles, resort towns with excellent beaches and their infrastructure. I recommend taking a boat tour to the nearest islands. Although cards work well, many places only accept cash. I recommend visiting the market, especially in the morning, and if you have the opportunity to cook, buy fresh fish.

Rijeka is a working port so its not the prettiest of places in Croatia. We had a blissful time as we just wanted to read and relax without the hustle and bustle of tourists. We had a hotel right on the water and it was spectacular. Food was cheap and eating out was very reasonable. The town was a real joy and very easy to get around. A great place to commence your journey through beautiful Croatia.

Rijeka is a really good destination for a couple of days.
Rijeka is a really good destination for a couple of days. The centre is walkable and has plenty to show. It's easy to get around what had been Rijeka in history. However it's not so easy to get around what had been Sušak in the period between two world wars. When you come up to Trsat you may dine at Caracca Restaurant. It is also good to eat at the restaurant across the park that separates the Croatian National Theater Ivan pl. Zajc and the market. Prices in Rijeka are reasonable as far as I could see.
Spotless clean and super kind and sweet owners!
Everything that you need, plus a smart TV,so you can cast from your phone, tablet, etc,on it.Big balcony,AC,towels/clothing racking for drying.
Feels and looks like 5* hotel!
View of the sea and mountains around.
Huge parking, remote controlled gate for the car, restaurants 100m away.
There is also a special dog beach, which is enclosed with a fence,2 bars on the beach.
Best and happiest stay till now.
Thank you,Milka and Boris! ❤🥳
I salute the professionalism and commendable hospitality of the owner of the apartment:
- Very complete and modern comforts, down to the details
- Exemplary “Welcome” offers
- Dedicated tourist explanations
- Accommodation tracking in a friendly and convenient way
- Help, advice available 24/24
- Impeccable cleanliness
I recommend this apartment to everyone looking for accommodation in Rijeka and you will be very happy.
This apartment is amazing. Every little detail put into it makes it such a cozy, calm, and comfortable place to stay!
The host was also very caring and sent all the necessary details to make our stay excellent!
The street where it is located is also very calm and we easily found a spot to park.
I really hope to return here one day... We are very happy to have spent our last night in Croatia here!
The attention to the details makes all the difference. We travel a lot but rarely one feels home in a hotel, this time I did. The apartment was huge and everything was so nice and cozy. It was also sparking clean. Would definitely choose it again. Self check-in was very easy but still owner was very responsive so one doesn't feel "abandoned". Also, we could park for free in the nearest road.
Basically everything, super modern, highly equipped apartment.
The owners are very friendly and caring. They thought of even the smallest detail, I felt like I am staying at 5 ⭐ hotel.
They offer you a welcome drink, champaign. Also surprised us with some delicious pancakes for dinner, and some donuts at our last day.
We really appreciate everything, and highly recommend it:)!
The swimming platform straight into the sea was really beautiful and the view from the room balcony was stunning. We enjoyed our meals in the restaurant. The lovely mid-century style décor gave this hotel a nice feel. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We easily caught the Rijeka City Bus No.1 at Žabica to and from the hotel.
I really liked my own closed large beach, there is enough space and sun loungers for all vacationers, a separate part of the beach is intended for swimming with a dog, the staff is very polite, fast. Lots of delicious restaurants in the hotel. I advise everyone considering this direction to choose this hotel! And especially for those who travel with a dog!
Ideally apartment 🥰
When we arrived, the owner met us as a family. We received information and recommendations.
The flat was ideally clear and ready for check-in.
Additionally, we funded some snacks and drinks for free. After a long trip, this detail made us happy.
I will recommend this choice to all my friends who will travel to Rijeka.
Pricy for what you get and location (we had the hotel booked in lido do Jesolo which was slightly cheaper but offered a lot more) , hard to find, outdated rooms which are mainly students accommodation, noisy old aircon, basic breakfast, friendly staff was the best part of it. Overall 5 out of 10 (we had an apartment with our own bathroom)
Great location, across from the main bus station and very close to Korzo. Impeccably clean, comfortable beds. The bathroom is a bit small but functional. There is no elevator in the building, but the stairs are shallow and not too difficult to climb, even with luggage.
The room was nice and very clean. The location is great by the harbour and downtown with a great view over the harbour. Nice breakfast was included. The staff was very friendly and helpful.I will definitly have the hotel on my list for my next stay in Rijeka.
The place is nice and clean and surrounded by a beautiful garden. The parking is free. The manager’s treatment was very good and nice, although I was late in leaving the room, but she treated me kindly, so I thank her very much. I recommend choosing this hotel
I loved everything in this apparent. Incredibly well designed, every detail is planned and purpose built to create an exceptional experience. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Rijeka or someone looking for ideas to renovate their own place.
It was cozy new apartments in Rijeka neighborhood, very quiet and peaceful, hosting family were very helpful, so we enjoyed our stay in David Apartments, hope to visit again :) host dog Mara was so sweet, our kids fall in love with her :)
The hotel location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot. There was a good selection of sweet and savoury food on offer. The room was clean and comfortable.
Very nice and clean apartment with everything you might need, including dishwasher and washing machine.
Nicely situated in the center of Rijeka, old town at short walking distance.
Nice appartment with a new furniture and astonished view! Accomadation manager was super wilingfull and we could checkin as well as checkout in different hours, thanks!
