The Villa was so spacious and had spectacular views. The air con was superb just what you needed as it was HOT! It was set in a great location to visit Dubrovnik old town and the surrounding area. Car is essential.

Villa Sunrise is nestled in the mountains above the old city of Dubrovnik, with breath-taking sea views it is a tranquil setting to enjoy a relaxing break with family and friends. Sleeping up to12 people the villa has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a communal area and outdoor space with terraces and a private pool. We are open for complete villa bookings only. The Villa is Only 10 minutes from the old city and 20 minutes from the airport, the location provides easy access to explore the local area and further a field whilst retreating to the cool air of the mountains for a well-earned rest. Although most guests will self-cater, we can hire a private chef to cook lunches, evening meals or BBQs at the villa, whether a celebration or everyday family meals, your stay at villa sunrise will be special, as you dine al-fresco on the terraces with stunning panoramic sea views. The village restaurant is only a 2-minute walk, and the Dubrovnik cable car is only a few minutes’ drive, and has direct access to the city and views over Dubrovnik it is the perfect setting for an evening cocktail or meal out, be sure to make a booking.
We have owned our villa near Dubrovnik for nearly 20 years and always enjoy a trip back to Croatia. Dubrovnik is incredibly beautiful and the region has a very diverse offering of sight seeing, sports, culture including many music festivals. It is with great pleasure that we are able to share this and our knowledge of the region with our guests.
Our immediate neighbourhood is quiet and tranquil village, 10 minutes away from the heart of Dubrovnik old town, with shops restaurants and museums.
