Very good location with an amazing view overlooking Lake Balaton. It’s also close to a market and within walking distance to restaurants, parks, the lake and city center.
The hotel has a modern design and our bed was very comfortable. They also serve very good breakfast. This is the place to stay for a relaxing vacation.

The area around the beach is more like a holiday resort but...
The area around the beach is more like a holiday resort but the streets around are fascinating. The higher you go the more you can see of the surrounding area. There are two viewpoints which must not be missed. It is designed for a relaxed stay with family and friends rather than a party all night town.

We have been staying in Balatonalmadi since we were children...
We have been staying in Balatonalmadi since we were children and now bring our own children. We like the Wesslenyi strand and even though our hotel has it's own strand we don't mind paying a few hundred forint to get access to the Wesslenyi. We like the bar there and also the varied selection of eating places. We liked the Goulash restaurant and also the Magayros Langos. We also like the pedaloes and the bouncy floating activity area for the children. The strand is very clean and the lounger hire is reasonable at £3 per day. We also like the shade created by the abundant trees. Can't wait to go back next year.AAnonymous

Saunas are nice (there are 5 different), the Finnish sauna was really hot. The breakfast was very tasty and with great selection of products. The masseurs in SPA were really nice and my skin was so soft and smooth after the treatment! The neighbourhood is also very quiet in February and you can really find your peace in Balatonalmádi! During our stay there were almost only Hungarian guests which I see rather as advantage :)JakubPoland

There was washing up liquid, sugar and salt. Ample storage, balcony, massive, well looked after garden, very clean and beautiful, spacious apartment, safe area, our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The only downsides are the satin bedsheets and the street parking, still well worth the money. I can highly recommend it.

The kitchen is small but modern, it worked for us though we only used it for breakfast. Nice bathroom. The place is very near to Balaton, and there is a pizza place on the other side of the road. The host is friendly and helpful (speaks English). We booked the same day we should have arrived and there wasn't any problem. Can recommend the place.
