- Good WiFi connection - Comfortable bed
- The window in the room was broken and wouldn't close fully, causing the room to be very cold on arrival. It seems like it had been broken for quite some time. - The cafe was nice, menu looked good, but the food was over-cooked and wasn't as described in the menu.
Reception, Shower and bed.
The internet is not free especially if you are only staying for few hours and most of the time you will be sleeping. Charging per hour or per day does not make sense.
Lady on reception very kind to children and very helpful.
The idea you have to pay for wifi is so not good
broken leg on bed. room a little cold
Simple, clean room with all the basic facilities. The food in the diner was quite nice and great service.
The receptionist woman we dealt with was quite miserable. Answered our questions with a 'I can't be bothered' face.
Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, very convenient for the airport. Would stay there again.
Heating was turned off in the room so it was very cold when I went in and took a while to heat up,heater in the bathroom didn't work.
Area/Location. Friendly staff. Pet Friendly.
Cold in eating area. Bathroom in need of upgrade. No bar, just wine and very limited bottles/cans beer.
It's a good place to relax away for a night or before a flight.
There should've been free WiFi at least .
Value for money, easy to get to airport
Our bed was slightly broken when we arrived it dipped at the top
Just the bed problem.
In this day and age I think it would be reasonable to expect free wi-fi in the rooms
Paid WiFi - most place have free WiFi as standard.
Being offered a hot drink while I waited for courtsey bus.
no toileteries or hairdryer (I know I could have asked at reception)
The hotel clean,tidy and comfortable.
Was wrily nice and comfortable,no extra sounds we have good rest ,thanks for that
Handy for overnight before flying out early the next day
Charge for airport shuttle bus at two euro per person a bit excessive
It is a nice, relatively cheap hotel close to the airport. I used it for one night since I arrive from Bristol and had a morning flight to the U.S.
Very comfortable room, clean and warm. Lovely staff at reception and in the dining room. Great location for getting to airport.
I would like more tea, coffee and milk left in the room, also if there are 3 people there should be 3 cups, glasses towels etc
Security on the door late at night were both rude and unhelpful and have stopped us using the hotel in the future. staff during the day were fantastic.
The price, beds, I liked all my rooms have had baths in them
I didn't like the way sometimes we stay staff at reception for no reason ask for a deposit of €100 which is more than a hotel
Staff were friendly
Shower wasn't working, water dripping out over the side
No lift so I had to carry my massive suitcase up 2 flights of stairs, no staff to assist me.Old fashioned Storage Heater in the room and room was freezing when I arrived (window left wide open in December). Old fashioned bathroom. Hair left on wall tiles over bath (not mine). Toilet roll not replaced. Wifi too expensive (5 euro a day) and the connection was poor.Overall the hotel needs a complete update/revamp. Not worth what I paid.
