A true family home where you feel like all guests are made part of it and they've got relatives all over the world. Dolores is simply adorable, we felt truly spoiled by her... so helpful and insightful - it's like she knew our needs better than us, and breakfast was yummy!

Delores and Gary were the first Irish folks we met, truly wonderful genuine people. They made us feel welcome and at home. Very kind people. We highly recommend this B&B.

We originally picked this B&B for it's location as we were flying out of Shannon the next day. Our hosts gave us great suggestions on how to spend our last night in Ireland. Bunratty Castle's Irish dinner/dance program was a perfect ending followed by a few pints at Durty Nellie's. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Very nice building. Good position to go to Cork

We had been assigned the room 215 where the heating was on (in July) and impossible to turn off...fortunately they agreed on changing it, the temperature was tropical

The B&B has cosy rooms, with good facilities (great power shower). Breakfast is very extensive and delicious. Besides the room, there is a bar and a comfortable lounge. Fast free wifi is available. On top of it all, Dolores is a great host.

Hostess was lovely, very welcoming and helpful. She gave us maps of the area and made recommendations for things to see and do. The location is great, close to Bunratty and central for visiting the Shannon area. Bed was comfortable with nice duvet etc.

The place needed a serious dejunking, there was so much stuff in the hallways and on every surface. Floor mats everywhere made rolling luggage a challenge and are a trip hazard. I think that the breakfast here was the poorest we had in Ireland. Again attention to detail is needed. Fruits were past their prime, baked goods were either store bought or just not very appealing and we were left feeling like we really were not very tempted by any of the offerings.

Facilities were first class and Dolores and Gary were excellent hosts and couldn't be any more helpful. They really made us feel at home and provided plenty of information on the area and things to see and do. The cooked breakfasts were delicious with plenty of cold food options. Would highly recommend a stay here and will definitely be back again

The room was absolutely gorgeous, really quirky and quaint, I loved the style! We got up late having decided we'd sacrifice breakfast for a lie in (after a late night wedding the day before) and even though it was almost check out time the owner insisted we stay for breakfast and even made us a beautiful fry - the works ! We were most pleasantly surprised as she went above and beyond what she ought to have done - so definitely exceeded out expectations!

    absolutely nothing :)

Dolores was an excellent host. Very friendly and chatty. I loved the bed. Really comfortable mattress. The best during my stay in Ireland!

Whilst Dolores was lovely, Bunratty Mews was not really my favourite place to stay. I felt it being too busy. Stay g in the Africa themed room there were to many paintings, statues, mirrors, the lot..... I think the bathroom had been forgotten to be cleaned as I had to clean it on arrival. I did not complain, my own fault. I am sure Dolores would have done it straight away.

Easy access into room as it's on a single level. Room and ensuite abit tight. The hostess definitely makes the stay unfortunately didn't meet her until the next morning. Good breakfast.
