Location was in a nice quiet, suburb in south Dublin. Frequent bus service into Dublin centre only 4 min walk from guesthouse. Or you could walk to centre in about 50 min. Several restaurants nearby.Self serve breakfast, mainly cereals,bread and fruit, but also eggs and misc stuff in the fridge. Microwave, stove and fridge. Coffee and tea. Lovely, bright front room to eat and relax in.

Views to the north were green and soothing. Staff very helpful, knowledgeable about Dublin, and kind to us. Breakfast was enormous and wait staff attentive. Baked goods delicious.

Room was fine. Shuttle service worked well, although we were confused by the directions for how to find it at the airport. Breakfast was great! Good food and lots.
