Great location close to Ballingcollig town and only a couple minutes from Cork City. Property is in a peaceful location and is very stylishly decorated. Beds are extremely comfortable and has all the necessary mod cons. Great property.

Entire private property. Lovely peaceful large open plan 2 bed front & back garden ground apartment. Bus stop right outside estate that runs every 30min to City centre 24/7. AppleGreen shop 500metres away. 95m² tastefully-furnished modern accommodation, extremely cosy and warm with room controlled heating and recently painted throughout with bathroom complete renovation. 11km from nearest airport (Cork), 11km from Cork City centre, 10km University College Cork (20min bus duration). Quiet modern comfortable experience with entire property to oneself with large living room and kitchen open plan with all accessories. The apartment features 2 bedrooms, large flat-screen LED TV with Netflix and streaming services + satellite channels in open plan very large living room and also in main bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, a fridge/freezer, gas worktop hob/burner and oven and Vertuo Nespresso. Towels and bed linen are available.
