I found the staff very helpful and accommodating to my requests.
The only fault I could find was the pillows - very flat and quite uncomfortable.
Helpful Staff. On site car parking.
No sleep. Very noisy. Drunken hen parties roaming the corridors at 3 am. Comedy snoring through paper-thin walls. A lot of road noise also. I certainly wouldn't recommend this Hotel for a young family.
We stayed at this hotel recently as we were going to the Bord Gais Theatre to see Showboat, which was excellent, we've stayed here many times as it is so convenient to the theatre, we have never been disappointed, first class accommodation, we recommended this hotel to friends and they were also delighted, we had a meal before going to the show in the restaurant and that was also excellent I would highly recommend this hotel also top marks to the staff
Close to downtown and bus-stop. Price was ok.
Bathtub was broken, toilet hard to flush. Hotel really dated. Internet really expensive.
the breakfast, the friendly stuff
easy to walk to town
bathroom wasn't totally clean when we arrived
The lady on Reception was so welcoming. Attentive, smiling and made me feel so welcome. It was a friendly start to a great stay. That kind of welcome always helps. The room was spacious and spotless...bathroom and shower was same, and the bed was comfortable that I slept soundly.
There was nothing to not like. Well done
room was good bed comfortable
breakfast wasn't nice especially the orange juice
good size family room, clean and comfortable, staff very friendly at breakfast and breakfast was good
at first we didn't understand the keycard was needed for the lights
Room and bath room were clean and spacious.
No free wifi which a standard now even in very cheap B&B. Even the paid wifi is very poor and I could not log on to my company VPN. The bar refused to serve me after 11:30pm even there were plenty of people still sitting at the bar.
Staff were absolutely lovely. They couldn't do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Will definitely visit this hotel again.
Breakfast buffet was great.
The hotel is located far away from the city center. Quite old TV set with few channels. Wifi is not free.
Close to city center, only a 10min walk to Trinity College. Clean and spacious rooms/bathroom!
Breakfast could start a bit earlier on weekends (at 8am only).
Hot water pouring rapidly enough, bathingtub were full in 3minutes. We used family room as two queen size beds. Two adults and two little child are enough, but two old child are narrow.
This is a clean, reasonably priced and friendly hotel. They were helpful in organizing transportation and advising on activities. The breakfasts were tasty and important as the hotel is located in a quieter area of town. Regular and tour buses stopped close by and it was just a short walk to the city center.
Good location, room was a good size, breakfast was good.
Not enough towels or cups for all of us in the room, rang down to reception for more and had to go collect them ourselves.
The good welcome that we received from the receptionist. The room was very spacious and comfortable.
the staff was very helpful
Parking garage was a bonus. Staff friendly and helpful.
Easy access to Dublin. Secure parking. Friendly staff.
Area did not seem good when we arrived, but proved to be ok.
Everything except my check in
Arrived as instructed, to check in at 12 and the room still was not ready, asked the staff at the reception who was very vague and pretty much said he didnt know when my room would be ready leaving me walking the streets of Dublin until i guessed my room would be ready, not very helpful at all.
value and friendliness of staff. comfort andrelaxing athmosphere
early closin of bar
Location to the activities that we had planned.
The shower was very good and the beds were comfortable
I feel this hotel has so much potential but it is desperately need of investment and refurbishment. The staff must work extremely hard to keep this facility clean given the age and condition of the hotel.
