Efficient and welcoming staff. Very modern decor in bedroom and ensuite. Very impressive. Wifi speed excellent, nice reading lamp on table. Good strong shower. Had a great steak sandwich with all trimings in restaurant. Was on my own but felt very comfortable in bar on my own.
the room was very nice and confortable
Could do with more reception staff.. One lady to deal with phones, check ins and checkouts.. Ridiculous for a busy Saturday and Sunday afternoon.. I give the food 2 out of 10. My pasta was swimming in grease... I'm feeling sick thinking about it..
Got charged twice. Receptionist a woman was so rude when I tried to explain. Still waiting for money back!!!!
good breakfast and pleasant staff, comfortable bed.
Due to building work going on the noise level was unacceptable.
Bedroom was the best in your class that I have experienced.
Loud rock music in reception, bar and dinning room was not acceptable to me
The colour scheme very relaxing. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Greeted with a smile and a chat.
Even though the renovations are looking well, the smell of paint in the room was quite overpowering.
Amazing hotel with very plesent friendly and helpful staff . Dinner was excellent , the bar Man osKar was so nice and helpful and efficient, our room was huge and was only refurbished to a fantastic standard, the shower was great and bathroom very big. I really recommend this hotel.
We had to pay for the parking which was ten euro. I don't agree with this as I think the hotel should cover this. The car park is privately owned and they allocate certain car spaces to the hotel. Getting out next morning was a disaster as it is a small car park and it has one way out and in and it was packed. Normally hotels can cater for cars so I think they should be in agreement with the car park owners to pay so much fir customers.
The comfort & cleanliness of the hotel. It was a prime location for us also as our girls were going to a concert in the 3 Arena.
Having collected our girls and they having retired to the room.I found it very strange that 1.my wife and myself had a small bit of difficulty getting a drink in the bar @ 11.30pm approx even though we were residents and 2.were we made felt more appreciated/welcome we may have had a second drink (we had a lovely meal & drinks on arrival).
All staff were helpful and friendly, food was very good in the bar and everywhere was clean. Room decor excellent!
Convenient to city centre
Not enough towels, no hooks to hang towels. Room far to hot so turned down heating. Bit too fresh paint for my travelling companion.
Really friendly staff in all departments. Catherine, the receptionist deserves a special mention as she was extremely helpful on a number of occasions. Beautifully refurbished rooms and very comfortable.
Found nothing to dislike
I liked that you could have more than 2 in a room and the bathroom decor. Breakfast was also delicious.
There was nothing I dodnt like
Location to the Bord gais theatre
Breakfast was borderline
liked the newly decorated clean and fresh rooms
One lady on reception was very abrupt on the phone regarding parking but once we actually arrived into hotel and other staff member dealt with us we were more than happy with the service and staff.
The bar and dinners where great. The guy working in bar was super friendly and helpful. Rooms where lovely and the decor was up to date and comfortable!
Reception wernt over and breakfast tasted like it had been sitting there all morning we are about 10. Good walk from city point and had no hair dryer in room.
Hotel is currently being refurbished, our rooms were lovely and the beds were really comfortable. The hotel will be ace once its finished. About a mile to trinty college etc you need a good walk after copious amounts of guiness!!
The room was lovely and modern, bright and spacious, with total blackout curtains and the shower was amazing
For some reason most of the staff were so rude or just disinterested. The reception staff were great, friendly and chatty, we had a good laugh with them on our way in and out of the hotel...but the bar and restaurant staff were the total opposite.
Woken at 7.00am with maintenance work going on
Staff very friendly Large, spacious room
Wifi slow Room cold and dark No directions to park - were to ask on arrival, but unable to do that with one person in a car and nowhere to park to ask.
Really comfortable and new bed / pillows and excellent linen.
Breakfast was good but not great.
Arrived and were given the key to our room, only to find it was still a mess. Spoke to receptionist and gave us a free breakfast and the right room. Very nice gesture and the stay was superb. Have recommended this place to friends
