Unfortunately the hot food was only lukewarm. Cold option was excellent though.

It was a nice hotel with great friendly staff but last night we realized that our room had water damage and corner of the room was all wet with sticky water. Location and parking were great just the water leak issue.

Highly recommend!
12 of 10 stars for two stays in this exceptional hotel on a quiet street. Our first night was arriving in Dublin and we liked it so much we returned at the end of our travels. The airport shuttle was most welcome and convenient.
All hotel staff we encountered were pleasant, helpful, and professional in every aspect. Appreciated the unexpected surprise of early check-in. Rooms were well-appointed, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Quiet for a good night's sleep.
Breakfast, served in a dedicated area in the hotel, was very good and well organized with a number of options. A welcoming, no-stress place to refresh after a long flight and/or to prepare for the trip home.

The swimming pool is good for everyone and the gym if you feel like having a workout (:
Staff are friendly and those on reception polite and respectful.
It's easy to travel into the city from here and you can get Luas or bus.
Getting around Ballyfermot is no problem, it's a bit of a walk up to the main Street with lots of shops and few cafe s, also a shop called Angel's with dirty faces , sells a variety of angel cards ,figureens ,books and much more .

The hotel was pleasant, comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating.
We loved the breakfast and the staff there were great!
It takes awhile for the water to get hot and Wi-Fi was a little slower. But we loved this place and would stay there again.
The location was close to the tram which was so convenient
We loved Trinity College and the Book of Kells. We loved Christ Cathedral, the Jeanie Johnson boat history, and the Epic Museum. We also enjoyed the pubs for food and drink.
Me and my friend had 4 nights in Dublin. The holiday home in Ballyfermot was close to shops and bus routes and we found our way around really well. The accommodation was really good value it was clean spacious and the owner was very good at responding to our messages regarding heating. There was a plug in heater which warmed each room if we needed it. Only used on 2 days. We didn't let the 1 bad review put us off. Thankyou very much we will hopefully be back again.
