Staff are friendly and good looking lol
Good location, friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Quaint hotel within walking distance of thomond.
Room was a bit cold.
Clean and priced very good. It was Tuesday night and nice and peaceful. Good breakfast.
Internet connection constantly failing made business difficult
3 times room change. First was double bed (we booked twin), second room was full of mold. in the third room the heating was broken. In the middle of the night the fire alarm went of. They couldn't fix it in 10 minutes. Very annoying. The hotel is old and the interior too. It's not worth its high prize.
The facility itself was beautiful and the room was lovely and comfortable. This staff was exceptionally nice
I actually liked everything
staff were very friendly and even though I was already familiar with the area they made sure I knew the best places to go for a good night out. It's not a 5 star but good place to stay for a good price.
Nice family-run hotel serving good food. Very friendly and welcoming staff.
helpful,friendly receptionist,nice quiet room,good area,no complaints
It might be a little far out of town to walk back when it´s raining, but a taxi costs about 5 euro
smell of smoke when we went into room. hairdryer had not been cleaned for a long while
The staff were very friendly, and the bar was a great place to be, a proper bit of an atmosphere with very friendly local customers. Great dinner!! And an excellent breakfast!! I'll be back when I'm on this side of Limerick again.
Nothing really, a bit dated and a small room but the price was great
Bar food good. Local friendly atmosphere. Short walk to city.
No wi-go in room 109.
Staff were wonderful. Food was great in the pub.
The noise downstairs kept me up 3 nights in a row.
The location for us was excellent and we were able to get about on public transport very easily. The food in the hotel was very good and the ambience was very nice.
we had 3 lights in the room that we reported but they didn't get fixed while we were there Also the TV was a bit ancient and should be brought up to date (at least with some freeview)
Good staff. Good food very nice place to stay and excellent pint of Guinness
Nothing all good
Bar Food was excellent with particularly lovely salads
Lack of Lounge area downstairs It was a bit chilly outdoors under covered in area
Decent rooms, pub downstairs, parking outside hotel (rare find in limerick)
Called at 7pm and told there were no rooms available. Checked online and there were plenty. Irritated reception on arrival. Minor issues.
the pub and food servers were very nice.
Shower was inefficient, the furnishings were quite outdated. The carpet sadly needed a good shampoo. The wgole place seemed to suffer from neglect
Quality of breakfast Friendly staff Good clean room
Outside looked tired
Good location, nice pub, clean and comfortable
The girl on reception charged my card in card's currency and insisted she can't do it in EUR. So the real price for me was 5% higher due to extra commissions.
Not very welcoming staff - shabby and grubby - breakfast not included - top price charged for what it was.
Great staff! I was in a hurry in the morning and they took care of my breakfast REALLY quickly! I really appreciated it! :) Decent size room, single bed, shower/toilet facilities were fine! Clean! I didn't go out in the city, so I'm not sure how the location is. Not terrible compared to the train station, but you'll definitely need a taxi or to figure out the public transport.
No wifi in rooms A bit outdated/dingy
Quiet place and comfortable beds.
Wifi access is lame - no access in my room. Strong smell of moisture and smoke. Far from the center of the city.
