The price on the weekend that I stayed was bit elevated, but if you book in advance, prices are excellent
You are in the middle of Tel Aviv's trendiest crowd. There was a Purim party in the lobby, amazing people amd energy. We were welcomed with a bottle of red wine and also at the reception, you are welcomed with champagne. True luxury setting, rooms are small, but dont bother at all. Service is excellent, very friendly young trendy emplyees, with good taste for bars and restaurants. You can ask them for recommendations. The best part of my stay is the breakfast! I hate buffet breakfast, with this hotel they send you to neve tzedek, amazing boutique restaurants, go to Meshek barzilay, freshly smoothies, organic shakshouka and fresh cappuccino, they even had almond milk! The area is amazing, with wine bars and top restaurants around the corner (neve tzedek steak house is topper!) All in all, i would want to come back to same hotel, and same area (neve tzedek), very vibrant area, the Saint Germain de Pres of Tel Aviv.
