my trip was for ranthambore tiger reserve. but all the tiger reserve visitors need to be educated about the DOs & DON'Ts in forest. out of 4 canter safaris, in 3 canters the fellow travelers were casual & not bothered about etiquettes to be followed in forest. such tourists should be handed over few mths ban

The greatest attraction is the tiger safari.
The greatest attraction is the tiger safari. I travelled between 27th December and 29th December 2023. It was really very cold, given the fact that I am from the city of Kolkata. The jeep or canter that came to collect us. i.e. the travellers from their hotels for the morning slot, came at around 6.15 am. These jeeps/canters are open on the top and on the sides. The wind gusts when these jeeps/canters travel fast through the roads surrounded by natural vegetation/forests in early morning send shivers. IN such winter days, one must be properly covered, particularly with woolen coats, sweaters, socks, shoes, woolen caps, mufflers and preferable monkey caps with as less skin exposed as possible. In rainy seasons, one must carry umbrellas when they board the jeep/canters in case it rains.

OK this place is heavily commercialized, but despite some reviews, I found (after six tours) the guides are very knowledgeable and try their best to see a tiger. It just doesn't work all the time, you'll need some luck, especially in winter...

It was very hot at this time.
It was very hot at this time. Otherwise, Sawai Madhopur is very good. Can find easily transportation, restaurant, and hotel,s. The chopati for getting food is very excellent every one should enjoy at least once.
For safari visits only open jeep or canter is available. So in this hot season, it is very difficult to visit a safari.
The room was nice and clean. The included breakfast was pretty tasty (though the selection is limited). Saif was very helpful arranging safaris in good areas, even driving us to the gate to get us on one at the last minute (though unfortunately we didn't see a tiger even after 5 safaris in good areas). The location of the hotel means you'll likely be one of the first people picked up by a canter and can get good seats. WiFi worked well and the tvs in the room are modern so you can watch Netflix etc.
Our stay at Hotel Tiger Haveli was the perfect introduction to India. Anshuman and his father had all our needs covered. The hotel is clean and comfy. Everything is fair and best of all they arranged all Safaris for us. We had everything organised for us from the UK so it was super easy. They really tried to get us on the best rides and we ended up seeing Tiger and sloth bear in Zone 8. Obviously you have to be a little lucky. They are absolutely trustworthy so I can only recommend them.
The hotel owner and staff was very friendly! Any problems any questions they was there to help right away. Some of the nicest staff in all the hotels I've been to in india.
Food was great value for money small portions however it was very good price and tasted amazing.
Owner sorted all transport and ranthambore tigar safaries and a trip to chambal river
I'd 100 percent stay hear again you will not e dissopointed I bet it's the best value in the area.
A family feel hotel where nothing is too much- we had dinner on the grass and they moved our table to the pool for breakfast. Staff were brilliant and very helpful, going above and beyond. Great location for the park, couldn't be much closer (we were the last one on the canter for safari which meant we didn't waste time at other hotels). Indian food and breakfast was good. Views are great (and worth getting the mnt view room). Amazing value for money!
The location, the facilities at the hotel and the staff at the hotel.
It's a family run place.
Salman and Saif do a great job in making you feel comfortable there. You can ask them for everything you need and they help you with it.
We went to the Ranthambore fort with Saif and that was one of the best experiences. Saif is a really kind young man and explained us everything about the fort and also took us to his favourite spots in the fort.
Village heart is very big hearted in hospitality. The owner was very cool helpful and Frank. Stay was awesome experience which will be cherished forever. Food served was awesome giving cultural feel. Rooms and bathrooms especially were unexpectedly cleaner than we thought. Service was at its best. Very budget friendly hotel and is on the way to zone 3-6 so canter gypsy will directly pick you from here.
It’s the most beautiful hotel you can choose in Ranthambore. They have a beautiful garden, the rooms are huge and completely calm. On the one hand everything is pretty new and modernly equipped and on the other hand it’s still cozy. The service was outstanding, too. The prepared fresh and real coffee early mornings before the safari started and waited with breakfast till you came back.
The guest house has a beautiful lawn, the staff is informal and family like, they make adjustments where possible. It's near to the Tiger reserve not more than 2-3km. The location is like 100m off the main road in the midst of green fields, which gives it a quaint sense of peace. At the same time it's in the range of 1 km from all the important eatiers and hotels including the Oberoi.
This is a beautiful hotel, colonial in style, with high ceilings decorated with Rajasthani patterns. Everywhere was scrupulously clean. The staff were very mild mannered, polite and helpful. The food was amazing. The grounds were pleasant, (but were undergoing some garden renovations when we visited) with monkeys playing on the walls.
We are stay in Ranthambore clarks inn suites best hotel in Ranthambore. To the point of hospitality warm welcoming staff. Everyone from the reception and restaurant, housekeeping, kitchen staff is very accommodating. Thanks to all staff front office and other department we are recommended this property.
Best trip ever , clean rooms , big washroom with clean towel , food was delicious ,location is on main road , hotel staff help with booking of ranthambore national park safari and we have lucky to seen a 2 tiger . Best for solo , familes and couples , room was very big and clean.
We were here for a tiger safari, like everyone else! But the hotel was clean, and the staff were very attentive. They booked our safari. Sadly, no tigers for us. Advice for anyone else looking - book as early as possible, and ask for tips on best ‘zones’ to book tours for.
The staff at the hotel is wonderful. Booking Safaris through the hotel was much better than any other system. Speak with the hotel about booking Safaris well in advance of your arrival. The Jeep was well worth the extra money. Restaurant was very good. Bed was comfortable.
Friendly and helpful staff - they helped me book tiger safaris, and also offered to mail my postcards at the post office. If you give them enough notice, they can solve any problem. Also, the food at the hotel restaurant was great.
Room was very nice staff friendly overall place please once Na Jane clean small hotel, but all facilities and amenities are there bathroom shower I clean food is very good and delicious. Restaurant view is Very nice
Dinner was great, the facilities were beautiful and excellent. Really appreciated the spa options as well. The hotel is extremely accommodating of the variable safari schedule
