2 days back I stayed here This was the worst stay I have ever been
The standard rooms are not even a penny worth
There is no hot water after 10 AM as they use solar and diesel generators instead of geysers and you die in the cold weather of coonoor
The staff/management doesn't even bother about your concerns
The beds in standard rooms are not even proper and they are charging 2800 per night which is ridiculous for the service they provide
You won't get to eat anything nearby and the restaurant in the hotel provides only breakfast and you need to walk 1.5km for lunch /dinner
Over all I would say go Ooty directly you can definitely find something worth for this cost, this hotel vivek is absolutely not recommended
13 miles from Ooty Lake in Coonoor, Camellia Heights 1&2 features accommodations with access to beauty services. Spa facilities and a car rental service are available for guests.

Coonoor is an awesome hilly town. Nature is at its best here. But many areas of the town are littered and not maintained clean. When will our people develop some civic sense and cleanliness and environmental awareness.

Only 2-3 place to see, very nice restaurants where you get south and north indian dishes esp Coonoor Junction was superb. Better to take your own Car to move around. Not to venture out at night time since there are no street lights.

The scenery around the location , room rent, room size and food are the main reasons we revisited the property the second time.
The approach road to this property can be tricky for some - if you can ignore this , I recommend all to go for it. if you're looking to spend quiet tranquil time, with a tea estate view. and great food.
I travelled alone and was skeptical in the beginning. But once I booked and shared that I was traveling alone and needed some help with the resources, the owner Srinivas garu shared all the info and made sure I landed correctly in the place. In fact the day I was reaching the place, it rained heavily and he sent me a message to keep him updated till I reached the place. Breathtaking views from my room, out of the way hospitality from the owners and wonderful caretakers and delicious food made my trip heavenly.
The views were the best, out of the world. The rooms were excellently maintained with all amenities to experience a luxury living.
Lakshman, the resort manager and his staff were very courteous and professional. They were kind enough to oblige to all our requests to make our stay comfortable..
The food was very homely and delicious.
I would highly recommend this resort and prefer to stay next time I visit Coonoor. We took a nice walk in the tea gardens right behind the hotel
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Owner & the manager Mr.Williams go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The property is close to Sims park took advantage of the location to walk to dinner, check out a couple of tea /chocolate shops . It is decent hotel for the price. I recommend this hotel for families, couples, teenagers, solo travelers etc visiting places of tourist attractions since most of the places are within 1 to 3 km radius.

Everything managed perfectly!!
The review would be incomplete without the mention of Mr Kannan who was there to welcome us with the superb welcome drink. Also, Mr Ramlingam who saw to it that the food served was the best, ALWAYS!! Mr Satish who was always there to guide us to go around Coonoor. Thanks to Koushik, Zak, Sheetal and others with them for making our stay memorable.
All areas of the hotel we used were very nice from the reception, dining room to the large bedroom. We arrived late but still managed to get a meal. Unfortunately due to a misunderstanding on my part we were only at the hotel for about 8 hours (arriving at 9pm and leaving at 5am) but the management organised a taxi at short notice. Would have liked to stay longer as the gardens looked lovely.
scenic beauty around is amazing, view from room (only room no 105 and 106) is really good. room was very clean and neat. all the staff was courteous. Owner was present every time and was continuously checking with us about service. Food need to be ordered for lunch and dinner, food was specifically prepared for guests, food quality was great. overall one of best experience for us.
had a wonderful experience in casa de selas! it is located on the top which gives you the best view point for stay😍must appreciation to the cook and the caretakers there.most important they have arranged a jeep trekking from gate to the cottage which was amazing! i would say worth worth max ! must visit stay if you

Beautiful location, big room with balcony, very kind & courteous manager Mr Deena, very kind courteous reception staff Mr Prabhu & Rizwaan , very kind & courteous Mahesh who brought my coffee and food on time and lastly Arun was very kind & respectful. I would definitely recommend this hotel because of central location & staff.
Staff is very welcoming and hospitable; clean, comfortable and spacious facilities; great location (has great cafes and supermarket nearby + close to city center); most definitely worth the price; beautiful view from the room!!
Highly recommended to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Coonoor
It was awesome stay at a super cosy and comfort hostel, As it was my first solo trip, I was very comfortable over there with a homely feel. Met few good friends too. For sure this hostel will be in top of my list whenever I plan to visit coonoor in near future.
Location of hotel is good. Along with complimentary breakfast, the hotel also provides complimentary evening tea and snacks which is good.
The hotel has provision of bonfire in the lawn along with a projector which makes the evening snacks a real treat.
The food was tasty, loved the Masala dosa and TN-style sambar. Loved The gorgeous location. Pristine and serene. So calm.
Also, the staff was very sweet, helpful, and friendly. The best part was Whitey, the cat. What a gorgeous boy!
Excellent ambience and well maintained facility. The staff was so friendly and supportive. In all a very nice experience. Recommend for visitors to visit the hotel. Once you reach the hotel then it's a different experience
Nothing, as no one available on the property and owner also not aware about our booking. We have to take another hotel.
