Location wi fi bed
Not very clean hotel
Location, staff, restaurant.
Price, you can get much cheaper deals in the same location and same quality. Wifi sucks.
Stayed there 3 times so far. Location is excellent. Helpful and friendly staff. Abhi at the reception is very good.
Staff was very helpful specially Abhishek. Food was good. Bed was comfortable.
Hot water took a long time to come.
Good location if you want o be right in the heart of the bazar. Very busy and noisy. Good breakfast and coffee. Staff were helpful. You can hear the street noise in the bedroom so if you're a light sleeper maybe stay elsewhere.
Bathroom and sheets could have been a little cleaner.
clean, quiet, great value place. room were large and well furnished.
Really dirty and loud!!! If you are interested in having a disco next to your room go for it. Internet included only for one hour. We left after one horrible night!
Excellent service. Fabulous breakfast. Very comfortable quiet room, everything you could want for a stay in busy Paharganj, New Delhi. Easy to get around, close to train, transport and shopping. All staff friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend!
This hotel is close to the station, metro R.K.Ashram. Excellent advice and help from reception in English. Rooms lovely, clean and quiet. Bookings well in advance essential.Must try coffee at rooftop kitchen.
located in center, main market just downstairs, easy find some shopping small shops, very helpful staffs, good serives.
hotel staff say due to heavy fog many frightcancel, so, some customer did not check out then i get a room in another hotel, room which is not clean, bed cover is too old and yellow or little black. better bring sleep suit personally.
quiet, clean hotel close to everything.Great value.
I like d staffs I met at the hotel. Mr Abhishek at the reception desk was really nice and very helpful to me during my stay. I hope to see him again when I visit in march, 2015.
Very nice with reasonable price
No tissue , no hot water sometimes .
We spent one night on Dec 31 and had the chance to be upgraded and really enjoyed . Hotel is well designed and offer all the amenities we can expect. The hotel itself is very clean. This includes the lobby, the elevators, the different floors, the room and bathroom. there was absolutely no noise coming from Outside. We did not go to the restaurant, so, we can not give our feedback on this part of the hotel. All the staff was professional and helpful and efficient. Check-in and out were fast. the wi-fi was free. No doubt that it is a very nice place as well as a convenient one as it is located very close to the Main Train Station. We will definitely consider again this hotel if we have a new opportunity to catch a early morning train from Main Train Station.
excellent stay. Great value
liked, clean, quiet, large room . furnishing, facilities. clean bathroom attached with lots of toiletries.staff is really helpful.
Everything was very well organized with this place. After online booking I have called them and they assigned us an extra bed (no charge) for our child. They have upgraded us upon arrival to the Deluxe Room. It is conveniently located in Main Bazar. Grand Lobby,Grand ambiance, quiet room clean with great facilities. Overall - very nice place to explore Delhi. Wi-Fi was reliable and fast and free but required re-entering passwords every day.Excellent coppuccino coffee at roof top restaurant.nice travel advice by Muzammil.
Staff helpful enough, rates are excellent, TV has plenty of channels and moderately good wi-fi reception in rooms. Upstairs restaurant sells slightly pricey but delicious fair. Good starting point for arriving in Delhi.
Cold in winter, taxi booking service overpriced. Rooms facing the main bazaar are noisy until late. Shower runs out of hot water if you take too long.
One of the best budget hotel we stayed while traveling India. The staff was so nice and help you with with anything you need- they booked my trip to Jaipur, Udaipur, Agra and Amritsar at very attractive price. Located in a central area, just a short walk to restaurants and bars in Connaught Place. Great breakfast with Superb Coffee at rooftop restaurant. would definitely stay there again.
Decor of the room was nice Free upgrade of room for the same price The staff were friendly and helpful Location was good though on a very busy road (where the markets were located). TV worked in room.
Hot water was hot at the sink, however the shower water was temperamental in terms of the warmth.
nice staff, clean room with great facilities.Value for money
We liked everything.service, facilities, wifi, hot water everything perfect and price is reasonable.
Hotel staff were honest and helpful and spoke good English. Hotel desk was manned 24/7. Convenient location. There were two computers in the lobby you could use, but you had to pay a fee. Also printing was possible, again for a fee (and quality of printing is low). Rooftop restaurant is good and food is safe.
Although this hotel had been refurbished for the Delhi Commonwealth Games, the rooms were already showing signs of becoming run down, if my room was typical, and they will only get worse in the future. The mat on the floor of the room was absolutely filthy and it was clear that it never gets cleaned (it should be washed once every week or so and alternated with other mats). The once-white towels, although freshly laundered, were turning grey. The bath room was shabby and the water does not run out the drains as the floor tilts the wrong way. The rooftop restaurant is noisy at nights with very loud music until way after midnight - which didn't disturb me, but would disturb some. Room service boy, of course, first pretended to not have any change, and then eventually gave change but did not have correct change and so ended up extorting a tenner. It would be better if staff didn't behave in this way, making the hotel a pleasant retreat from the usual interactions you have to deal with outside on a day to day basis.
Good option for a leisure, business hotel if you need to stay in the centre of city. The room and bed were comfortable, bathroom looked new and was very comfortable, nice shampoos etc. The breakfast was great with also a selection of dishes to order rather than just the same tired buffet that most Delhi hotels dish out.
