Location Very responsive staff very good WiFi comfortable beds lots of closet space
a bit soulless construction beside it (bad view) will be going on a long time.... needs more in kitchen coffee-maker broken
all the equipments needed for making food are inside. i was surprised that coffee and tea bags, also oil and salt & pepper are included, so it's good that we didn't have to buy extra for the short stay.
the room we had was next to the road, and it is quite noisy sometimes.
Very good parking possibilites on the street just outside the apartment building. Very close (walking distance) to the centre of Reykjavik.
Limited Wi-Fi (< 500 MB per day). Fucet in kitchen and bath broken.
I like the staff, location and cleanliness
Spacious, will equipped apartment for us and our 3 grown up children. Well located close to Laugavegur with many shops, bars & restaurants, and also a short walk to the seafront cycle/walking path.
Lots of construction going on around the apartment so no chance of sleeping in on weekdays.
staff was nice.
the room was in the cellar with noise from the pavement. it was all too expensive for what we got.
Clean, comfortable, modern. Very helpful staff! Close to city center.
Cumunication with staff really poor.. No receptions only a telephone and camera.. Nobody advise me about problem on credit card so arriving there we didn't found reservation...
Well-stocked kitchen, clean, well-organised, well-furnished.
The area itself was fairly central but not very pretty. Otherwise great. Can't check in before official check in time.
Bad smell from cooking in the apartment. They told us they should fix it, but only did some spraying around. The smell was back after an hour. The drain in the shower did not manage to keep up with the water flow, so water flooded on the bathroom floor. They sent a guy to fix it, but he did not manage. In addition he left our door open, which we discovered when we came back after several hours. Rude staff.
Wonderful staff, beautiful apartment. Just perfect!
We loved everything!!!!
Great location: right across the main street of the city
The apartment was in the basement. The owners should let people know before they book, so they can make an informed decision.
We were about a twenty minute walk from the downtown district of Reykjavik, and we were convenient to the highway. When we arrived, we were unhappy with the size & location of the room. It was basically in the basement/half underground. When we asked for a new (bigger) room, the manager was helpful and offered to move us up two floors. The beds were comfortable, the space was clean, and it was pretty quiet at night. There is also a kitchenette in the room.
There is significant construction going on during the day, making the room an unpleasant place to be in the morning and evening. The walls are also thin, so I could hear our next door neighbor snoring at night. Warning: if you reserve a studio, it is TINY...we barely had space to put our suitcases down! The place was very pricey for what we got. I would recommend spending a bit more money and staying closer to downtown.
Central location within walking distance of centre of Reykjavik. We only stayed one night and apartment was fine for that. There was building work going on across the street but this did not disturb us. Nice shower room.
Apartment was quite difficult to find. Found a half eaten sandwich down the back of the settee!
Great facilities,big rooms,luggages storage.
Location was quiet
The security code to access the building was incorrect. A problem when your flight arrives at midnight. Had to call and wake up manager at 1:30 am local time. Bathroom could have been cleaner and shower did not drain well. Stood in own filth. Yuk.
Kitchen facilities and room size on our first night stay and coffee :)
Room was smaller on our final 3 days but still comfy
The unit was spacious.
I wish the bathroom were a bit brighter and with some railings for the towels.
Services and staff doesn't exist.space narrow.very sad place.
Brilliant concept, you don't need to talk to anyone ;) The rooms were really nice and had a more home friendly feeling about them. Close to all the big tourist attractions in Reykjavík.
The laundry room was broken
Friendly staff, ready to help. Clean room, good bed.
Our room was on the ground floor, which means 2 little windows above, in general looks like a prison! Electricity problems - the equipment is not designed for several electrical devices working simultaneously - like a stove and microwave oven- we had problems with that if turned on together.
A lot of space, nice furniture and design. Good price considering the space.
Maybe the area isn't the nicest but we arrived late and left in the morning, and didn't check the distances to things in Reykjavik.
Spaceful flat with balcony, accross the street from main house.
Lift did not function when we left. We had to carry down the stairs our luggage for 3 or 4 floors
