We were on our 2-day-trip from Puglia to Toscana and were looking for a relaxing place to stay after seeing the nearby cascades. This stay really fit well into what we needed and we had a wonderful time. It was a last minute order and nevertheless the staff has been very accommodating and was able to make room for us for the great dinner their restaurant serves. The breakfast was also one of the better ones we had on our 1-month long trip. The pool looks great but we didn't really use it as we got late in the evening when it was already cold and we only stayed for 1 night. The views are just beautiful and the place could serve as a great base to see the Marmore cascades and the other nearby areas of interest like Assisi, Orvieto, etc.

Agriturismo San Cristoforo di Marco e Andrea is set in the Umbrian countryside, close to Amelia. Its grounds include a swimming pool with a sunbathing terrace and a restaurant using homegrown ingredients. Offering both apartments and rooms, all accommodations at the farmhouse has a private bathroom. Decorated in a rustic style, the apartments also include a lounge, kitchenette and a terrace or garden. San Cristoforo Agriturismo produces its own wine, olive oil, pasta, fruits, and vegetables. You can both sample these at the restaurant and purchase them directly on site. During summer, meals can be served out by the pool. San Cristoforo is a characteristic Umbrian hamlet that has been completely refurbished and has been welcoming guests for over 25 years. Parking is free at the farmhouse, including parking areas for camper vans, and bikes are available to rent. The Cascata delle Marmore waterfalls are nearby and visits to Todi, Spoleto and Orvieto are a short drive.
