Located in the heart of Palermo, just a few steps from the magnificent cathedral and the famous Via Maqueda, this hotel was once the noble 18th century Palazzo Tarallo.

Large room Beautiful building Roof terrace Nice bathroom
Decoration of room (paintings on wall, mirrors, etc.)
Super comfortable large bed, lots of hot water. Funky elevator. Beautiful rooftop restaurant terrace wirh view over old Palermo.
Heat a bit hard to adjust, so room often on the very warm side.
good location. breakfast with good view in roof restaurant. comfort room. stable WIFI
Good location and a good price
Wifi wasn't very good
The location near the station and in the old town was perfect. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Great view from the roof terrace.
restrraunt is very good.
one word: perfect...for everything!!! nice staffs, excellent location, amazing view from the rooftop restaurant where you will have your breakfast, nice and spacious rooms, very clean, very comfortable bed, I was so looking forward to going back for rest, ask for Room 509 where we stayed, you could have a nice view of the roofs and an old church. Superb for the value.
The only complaints: I wish they have one more litter bin inside the room (apart the one is bathroom) and some hooks for hanging my coat near the door.
The location of this hotel is great. You are close to the central station.
The linen can do with an upgrade. The room wasn't very clean.
The hospitality of the people at the hotel was great! The terrace beautiful and the view of the city was amazing
We had problems with the wifi all the time
the Roof terrace with the view.
the room, the bathroom.
Reasonably close to Central train & bus station which provides easy access to airport & other destinations.
There was not a welcoming feeling about this hotel, the desk staff require an upgrade in public relations.
quality, responsiveness of personnel breakfast large bed
unavailability of car parking
The staff was very helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. Food was very good & kitchen was clean. Overall a very good experience.
The only complaint was the bed was a bit hard. Otherwise a good experience.
The entire hotel experience was really good - the views from the roof top terrace are fantastic.
No complaints at all.
Loved the rooftop terrace & great location.
The pillows! Found these very uncomfortable.
The size of the bedroom, the terrace upstairs, the location in the town, the discreetness of the staff, a good cleanness, I shall return.
Ugly paintings on the walls, noisy works outside in the morning, no fresh milk for breakfast, pity! the invoice: price higher at the initial agreement.
convenience to centre of Palermo and also to train station
Loved the rooftop bar/restaurant. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. The bed was huge! Great place!
Only a small thing but wifi was very hit and miss, but that's it!
Views from the rooftop. Good cappuccino and tartes.
Tiny shower, bad quality mattress.
Near central train station which served by airport shuttle. Pleasant rooms, excellent staff. Beautiful terrace with great views of Palermo when having breakfast, drinks, or dinner. Convenient to many attractions
Well appointed room. Lovely roof top restaurant - splendid views over rooftops towards mountains. Staff excellent. Wonderful position - handy for all major city centre sights and attractions plus Central Station etc.
Via Roma is a busy street and can be rather noisy throughout the night.
The desk staff was helpful and pleasant. The view of Palermo from the terrace is great and it was enjoyable having breakfast there each morning. The location is not too far from the bus/train station although we did not use it.
The hotel is quite old and the room was basic and drab. The elevator is out of an old black and white movie. Our view was of a building being remolded. Next trip we will try a different hotel.
Breakfast was great. The views from the top terrace really is the selling point of this hotel, other than that..really wouldn't stay here again. Service at dinner was slow. Trying to organise shuttle transfers with hotel was a nightmare. Don't even bother...Thought it was going to work out cheaper to do it this way. Waited over 3 hrs, when we gave up and caught a cab. Disappointing as we lost valuable time.
Bed was hard.
The hotel is in an excellent location if you want to explore the old Palermo. Most of the staff were very helpful. Breakfast is good and the roof restaurant gives a great view of the city. We really liked Palermo, and the location of the hotel helped. It is also close to the railway station.
Easy access from central train station and other central attractions. Great view having breakfast on roof top terrace
Small shower but that was the way in all the Sicilian hotels we stayed but thankful for at least having a private bath
