Fabroniana apartments are two apartments on the first floor of a beautiful medieval building completely renovated, with private terraces and very quiet views, moreover, they have been modernized to make them attractive and welcoming, equipped with air conditioning, heating, independent Wi-Fi , kitchenette, washing machine, TV, tea and coffee maker, hairdryer and iron. We have a reserved parking space for each apartment (if you need a second parking space, please let us know in advance). A courtesy set consisting of three towels and toiletries is provided for each guest. Upon your arrival a welcome gift. Upon request we can provide you with an additional cleaning and linen change service carried out by our staff. If you wish, we will put you in contact with a local tour guide, who from time to time organizes various tours and visits to the most attractive places in the area. In case of need during your stay, we are always available and reachable by phone, email or WhatsApp message. No additional expenses are required beyond those you see indicated in the price list.
I am Chiara, I have always lived in Pistoia, my city, which I know well also thanks to my studies in art history, it fascinates me every time I walk through the city streets and I raise my eyes to admire the monuments, the medieval buildings and the peculiarities of this perhaps little-known place but which I want to help make my guests aware of.
Make an intelligent choice, stay in Pistoia to quickly reach many places in Tuscany, comfortably by train or by car thanks to the many communication routes. Pistoia will give you tranquility and a family environment, where you can also relax and enjoy the artistic wonders of the city, without giving up services. We are right in the historic center of Pistoia but in an extremely quiet position, with internal views of the greenery and a wonderful view of the Church of Sant'Andrea, which is also worth a visit inside. A convenient location, easy to reach and an ideal base for exploring various nearby locations, a smart choice for those who, returning from a day of tourism, want to relax and avoid the chaos of the more famous Florence
