The B&B Carpe Diem has three bright rooms, completed and furnished in a modern style and a few steps from the center of Catania. Self check-in is possible from 4.00 pm. If you plan to arrive after 8.00 pm, please let us know in advance. As soon as you have reached the B&B, notify us by phone or send a message: we will open the condominium door and the entrance door of the wooden B&B, which you will find on the first floor. Upon entering the B&B, heading towards the corridor and opening the white glass door, you will find the corresponding rooms with the numbers and the safe with the keys to your room inside: we will provide you with your personal code by telephone or by message. The self-service breakfast is offered from 08.00 to 09.30; consists of milk, yogurt, coffee, fruit juices, biscuits, rusks, jams and Nutella; fresh fruit is provided only on request. In case of food intolerances, we invite you to notify before your arrival. By law, anyone who stays must be registered; By sending each guest's identity documents in advance, it will make check-in faster. On the third day of your stay, the bathroom will be cleaned, towels and shower towels changed; while on the fifth day of your stay, the room will be completely cleaned: you will be notified one day in advance via message. Check-out is expected by 10.00 am; for that time it is necessary to leave the room free to facilitate the cleaning service. If check-out is extended from 10.00 to 12.00, an extra payment will be required. In case of midday check-out, an additional night will be charged. It will not be possible to issue an invoice due to the lack of VAT number, but only a generic tax receipt. The B&B is located in a condominium, on the first floor, with lift in Via Del Fasano 82, Gravina di Catania. The location is convenient for reaching the Katanè shopping centre, the Policlinico Hospital of Catania, in Via Santa Sofia, Policlinico Morgagni, in Via Del Bosco, and the center of Catania, with the BRT1 rapid bus (the bus stop is near the B&B) or traveling by car. The area is full of shops, including a good delicatessen, many take-away pizzerias, supermarkets, tobacconists, where you can also buy tickets for the rapid bus, bakeries and bars: everything is easily accessible. It is also possible to head towards Etna - Rifugio Sapienza, in about 40 minutes by car.
