It was perfect, Andreas is perfect host, he give us lot of useful tips, what to see, where to park, eat. room is very clean and confortable. if we come again to Pisa this is the place where we will stay for sure.

Andreas is a fabulous host with lots of tips at hand for a great travel around Tuscany. He made us feel very welcome, turning it into a great experience. Absolute recommendation for this B&B. Always clean, very well taken care of. If you travel by car, it's a great base for daily trips to Pisa downtown and other places in Tuscany without having to worry about parking or the ZTL at your accommodation.

We stayed in numerous accommodations throughout Italy this vacation and this one was by far the best! We stayed in a newly renovated apartment just outside of town. The rooms are lovingly and tastefully decorated. Everything is very clean! The kitchen is extremely well equipped, there is even an oven and a coffee machine, for which you get daily new capsules. You can park your car right in front of the house. About the host: Andrea is such an incredibly warm person who tries with all means to make a nice stay possible. He has given us numerous tips for restaurants, beaches, sights, etc.. In addition, he has always emphasized that we can always reach him if we need help. Cogimos esta habitacion en nuestro último dia de nuestro viaje a la Toscana porque estaba cerca del aeropuerto. Es una habitacion y un baño de buen tamaño, pero ademas tiene una cocina y comedor compartido con todo lo necesario para desayunar (maquina de café, bollitos. Infusiones, etc). La cama muy comoda. Andrea fue maravilloso, tanto por wasap, como en persona. Es un lugar ideal incluso para ver la ciudad, ya que Pisa es una ciudad dificil para aparcar.
