Venice Penthouse Canal View: Equipped with most amenities, this apartment is on the fourth floor in a building in “San Polo” district. There are a large living room with a double sofa-bed, one bathroom with shower, a kitchen, one single bedroom and one bedroom with double bed and a single sofa bed. Besides TV in the living room, there is one TV in each bedroom. From the windows in the bedrooms and the kitchen you can enjoy a beautiful view of Venice's rooftops and of the canal below. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen is well equipped and includes microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and kettle. Among other amenities, we remind satellite TV, heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection. Sheets, blankets and towels are provided. As for the location, the house is in a midmost position: Rialto Bridge is less than 10 minutes’walk far and in 15 minutes you can reach the beautiful St. Mark’s Square. To travel by vaporetto, the closest stop is “San Tomà” just 5 minutes away.
