Independent studio apartment, 25sqm bright with kitchenette, bathroom, fully equipped: comfort in small spaces. La Casetta Azzurra is a brand new independent mini-apartment (studio apartment) of 25 square meters, especially suitable for young people, bright, quiet, located on the second floor and also accessible by lift. Suitable for one or two people, with a small balcony and independent access. 50 meters away from the M1 Pero subway, it is ideal for events at the Rho Fair and for all events in the north, north/west of Milan. The center of Milan can be reached in 30 minutes by subway. The mini-apartment is complete with everything: two beds, kitchen with induction microwave and coffee machine, table with chairs, wardrobe, iron, shower, washing machine, desk, free WiFi and Smart TV with Netflix access.
We live next to the apartment, we are generally available throughout the day, except for the month of August. For short periods during the day we may only be available by mobile phone
The apartment (studio apartment) is located in a quiet but well-stocked village called Pero. In the evening you don't hear noises, the neighboring streets are quiet and silent. To get around the area you can do it on foot, it takes from 2 minutes to 10 minutes to get to all the services in the area. We are 800 meters away from the side access of the Rho Fieramilano, 2 minutes from the underground, 5 minutes from the Municipality, 8 minutes from the Tigros supermarket, 5 minutes from the tobacconist, 30 minutes from the center of Milan..
