Prachtige villa met een heerlijk zwembad en goede faciliteiten, alles zeer compleet. Locatie is top, je hebt het gevoel op het platteland te zijn maar de supermarkt is op nog geen kilometer afstand en ook veel restaurants dichtbij (in Urbino). De eigenares is erg aardig en uitermate behulpzaam; wij zijn haar nog steeds zeer dankbaar voor alle hulp die zij ons heeft geboden toen iemand uit ons reisgezelschap ziek werd. Eigenares en haar man wonen naast de villa, maar je hebt meer dan voldoende privacy.

This 4 bedroom villa is located in Fermignano and is made of stone, close to the beautiful city of Urbino. The villa is completely fenced and has a large garden and a natural saltwater pool where you can cool down. It is a perfect place for large families. Only a few kilometres away from Fermignano, known for the 19th-century bicycle races and the charming old town, where you will be able to take a walk and taste the excellent artisanal ice cream. Just 10 minutes away by car there’s the wonderful Urbino, renaissance city and first UNESCO site in the Marche region. Enjoy the views from the terrace or enjoy a tasty barbecue meal with your pals. Parking is also available here. Relax on the sun-loungers in your free time. Fellini Int'l Airport is 64.9 km away.
