Chic apartment a short walk from the historic center, very close to the Etruscan Arch and the University of Foreigners. Located in a stately building in front of the house where the painter Pinturicchio was born, the apartment has been recently renovated with modern furnishings centered on the colors of sandy gray and soft green. Inside the large living room with wooden ceiling and exposed beams you will find the sofa bed, Smart TV, Wi - Fi, a dining table and a modern equipped kitchen. In the large bedroom you will be welcomed by a comfortable double bed and a large armoire. Last but not least, there is a full bathroom with shower and washing machine. SPACE: - The accommodation has been recently renovated giving a modern tone to the whole apartment. - The proximity to the historic center allows you to reach with a few minutes walk the Etruscan Arch, Piazza IV Novembre, Fontana Maggiore, Palazzo dei Priori, Umbria Jazz, University for Foreigners of Perugia and the Rocca Paolina. - Sofa bed in living room for two people and double bedroom - Living room with Smart TV and Wi - Fi - Fully equipped kitchen - Full bathroom with shower and washing machine GUEST ACCESS: - The front door of the building gives access to a large atrium - Apartment located on the second floor with elevator - Public pay parking spaces nearby SERVICES: - Self check-in access to the apartment through Vi-key technology.
