Built in they style of a 19th-century Umbrian residence, this new 4-star hotel is immersed within the lush greenery of its own private park, complete with olive groves, tall trees and a swimming pool.

The hotel is located in Foligno, in close proximity of the Foligno Nord exit of the S.S. 75 motorway and is closely linked to the most important Umbrian towns, such as Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Orvieto, and Montefalco.

roomsize is above average

location is inconvenient, outside the city,all 4 restaurants were closed on arrival at 21.00 (because of lack of hotelguests) therefore dining in the city was the only option

A modern hotel situated near the highway in an urban area of Foligno. Easy to find and to park the car. Very good standard at the room. Clean and calm. As a hotelguest you have 10 % discount in the nice restaurant next door. A perfect base when doing own day-trips in the very nice surroundings. Don´t miss Montefalco!

The size of the room, the service

It was hard to find it....if not the italian carabinieri(nice people) I am not sure if I found it even in an hour....and do not take a room facing the restorant...they have wedings ....

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

There is room for improvement by providing documentation in the room on what is available in the hotel and surroundings and how to find the facilities. The breakfast venue for example is incorrectly designated in the elevator.

The location was beautiful, as was the pool. The room was large with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was nice as well....a good selection...from cheeses to pastries

the staff was a little cold...when we asked for extra towels, they told us we had to wait for the end of the day to see if they had any left.

This is a hidden paradise, very nice hotel, great value for money.

To find the route to the hotel by private car is very difficult. It absolutely necessitates indication plates on the road corner.

Good and free parking

restaurant expensive for small servings. No power in room on arrival so had to ask reception to organise. Could not get internet connection with 2 different passwords given to us - so very frustrating when we had chosen hotel for the fact it advertised free wifi. Kind reception staff did allow us to use office computer briefly in morning

we found the location and access perfect for touring in the area. The grounds of the hotel were lovely, the bedroom spacious with good views. Staff very professional, friendly and helpful. Adjoining restaurant very good and overall excellent value for money.
