Absolutely loved it! The host was super nice, hooked us up with an early check-in. Room was on point—got cleaned every day, fresh towels, and breakfast in the room? Perfecto! You pick what you want, and they throw in some extra goodies. Definitely planning a comeback!

Nice spot but wish we could have left luggage for the day when we checked out. I do realize that is not common for B&Bs though. They accommodated Our early check in for the same reason and offered coffee mid day at check in❤️. Also liked the breakfast served in the room.

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. We love the continental breakfast. The neighborhood was quite and very close to the Metro and Train Station.

The staff were welcoming and nice. The room was clean and well-equipped, with very cool air-conditioning. Breakfast was included, it's a very basic breakfast, nothing special. Location is great and close to tube station and supermarkets.

This hotel is great! It is a small hotel located close to the Termini station - it offers the basics, but what they offer is very good. They have a breakfast offer that is quite filling - you can choose for coffee, tea and croissants, but you get a lot more. I was stunned when they delivered breakfast to my room! (there is no breakfast hall, but the service is very good!) They also have airconditioning in the room, which worked very good - especially in the hot summer! The staff was also very nice and welcoming.

Elaria was a wonderful, caring and thoughtful host. she offered to help us carry our baby stroller up the flight of stairs to the elevator as the guest house is on the third floor. she was a great communicator and messaged us before our stay answering all questions. she was incredibly kind as to help me sterilize the baby bottles and recommend a great restaurant in the area. she also offered us a discount on luggage concierge as well she could not hold the luggage for us early. she made us a to go breakfast as we left early for our flight. she set up the baby’s crib nicely and we really appreciated the air conditioning of course. the location was in walking distance to the colosseum and other sights we enjoyed. we will defiantly return but just the two of us and not baby for our second trip.
