Property info

This modern and recently redecorated apartment is located in the Giudecca district, just south of the historical centre of Venice. The area is quiet and not touristic and with a 3 minute ride by ferry you can reach the heart of the city. The apartment can host up to 7 people and it comprises two levels offering a breathtaking view over the Giudecca canal. The design is very contemporary with a touch of classic taste: the wooden beams ceiling and wooden floors create a warm and cozy atmosphere. On the ground floor there is a comfortable living space with one double sofa bed, dining area and kitchenette; a double bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower. On the upper level there is another double bedroom with an additional single bed and en-suite bathroom. The apartment is perfect if you wish to escape from the hectic pace of the city but still have the centre at easy reach.

Neighborhood info

The Giudecca Island is the biggest in Venice and overlooks the canal of the same name. On the opposite waterfront is the district called Dorsoduro. It is situated to the south of the lagoon and is a quiet neighborhood. Its beauty lies in the fact that the waterfront overlooking the Giudecca canal gives fabulous views of Venice. At Giudecca Island you can have nice walks in much less crowded shorelines and see Venice from the other side of the river, it is quite nice and feels like a residential area... There are small restaurants, bakeries, super market and all you need for a comfortable stay... It is a nice stroll to escape the crowds!
