Score from 37 reviews Exceptional
Top floor has noise pollution from roof top heating boilers. The beds have pointed front corners that sit out and cause contact hurt with shins.
The location is in Trastevere on the other side of the Tiber from all the touristic things. This could be an advantage if you want to be away from the thronging masses. It is close to the Trastevere restaurants and night life
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has a really artsy vibe which provides the "wow" factor. The breakfast is a massive feast of every possible thing, the room was gigantic and well appointed. One of the coolest hotels I've stayed in. Highly recommended if you don't mind being off the beaten path.
Hair dryer was weak but even that is being picky as I can't think of any other negatives.
Quick 1min walk to the tram that takes just 10mins into the Center. The hotel was well presented and had everything we needed. Staff were so helpful and always smiling!
The small bathroom
The staff were helpful and friendly
The staff are super nice and helpful the hotel Is well maintained the beds were very comfortable loved the fact that we had a balcony over all it was amazing place to stay
Bed,bathroom,location,noise no well sleeping.
Easy to travel to.
The shower in the room was very bad. Organisation of the breakfast room was very poor, two or three tables for buffet would be better than one, this would allow better flow of people.
The excellent size room, comfortable bed and good gym/spa facilities. Breakfast was good, with good variations.
Horrible dated room
Expensive tourist tax Bed Location outside city centre
Breakfast Space of the room
Would have liked unlimited wifi
Great area. Really liked our suite
Beds are basic
Location and staff
Tv miniature-sized and old, not suitable for 4-star hotel. My room was at the second floor, upper floor rooms might have newer led-tv`s.
Excellent breakfast-buffet. Big room, very good bahtroom with fullsize bath. Reception staff very professional and helpfull. Tram number 8 and busses take you to the city center, if you want to leave Trastevere sometime.
the room is big, but the furniture is very old and room is cold. Receiptionist (old buy) told me that 4 stars hotel shouldn't have hot water kettle when I ask , and it not good to ask him for a kettle.
The breackfast is very good.
Must be up-kept regularly. It has been seven years since my last stay in the hotel and the difference is enormous, in negative sense.
Location, friendly staff, good breakfast, possibility to use garage.
3 stars would be generous. Rooms were small and facilities were dodgy. Very poor lighting in the room. Wouldn't stay there again
Location was decent.
The overall attitude of the staff was not at all customer friendly. There was a loud party during our stay, organized by the hotel itself, three floors below our rooms. Only after 3AM they were willing to turn down the volume a bit. The rooms are not at all isolated for sounds, so you can hear other guests and for sure hear a party 3 floors down. Hot water was not available on the last day of our stay in all rooms. The capacity of the wifi is very limited, most of the time we were not able to connect at all because there were too many active users. The pictures look nice, but please take some time to find an alternative hotel if you are visiting Rome.
The rooms were clean and the staff spoke multiple languages
Wi-Fi service for only one person at the same time. Room does not meet photos/ expectations. Service not good in english language.
when we arrived the room was very dusty they did not clean the room on the first day high charge for breakfast in room breakfast variety was not great wifi did not work in our room the hotel is not able to provide you with an iron Customer service was poor, staff did not want to help.
location was fantastic good shower in the room and room was spacious
the coffee at breakfast, the aircon/heater didnt work and after telling staff 2 technicians said theyd fixed it but it never worked and we gave up asking.
location, the room and bathroom, breakfast
Buffet breakfast was great start Easy acess to public transport Staff very helpful
Very bad noise isolation: I can hear everything people said from the next room and could not sleep because of the noise Bathroom is in bad design (towers are not in clean position, the ceiling is still open) Internet is very bad: free internet with limited band-width and capaciry is very slow, paid internet is even worse, in which I could not load all pages in the first night
Large room Fresh air in the room Good furniture
There was limited wifi, the bed was a bit hard and room service was expensive
The accommodation was alright and comfortable ...
It's cold inside the room!!
