Charming apartment recently renovated, located in the heart of the historic center of Salerno, just 50 meters from the seafront. From November to January, the famous and renowned "Luci d'Artista" event begins, a few steps from the residence, in the town hall. The apartment, very peaceful and quiet, is located on the first floor of a characteristic building in the street which was the "gateway to the sea" of the city. The apartment consists of entrance hall, bathroom with shower and hair dryer, - a unique environment with: with kitchenette, sink, stove, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, table and chairs; sleeping area with LED TV. The mezzanine with sofa bed (French); the balcony from which to look out over the typical alleys of the city center. The price includes bed linen and towels. The building is also equipped with an elevator.

Because of its location, the house is the ideal starting point for discovering the beautiful center of Salerno and its numerous places of tourist and cultural interest, such as the Cathedral, the Pinacoteca Museum, the Minerva Garden and the Arechi Castle, etc etc. A few steps away there is Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the shopping street, and Via Roma the center of nightlife, with numerous restaurants, bars and clubs. Just 10 minutes on foot you can reach the train station, the bus station for Naples, Capodichino Airport, the site of Pompei and Paestum and finally the port, embarkation point for Amalfi, Positano, and the island of Capri and Ischia. In the immediate vicinity you can find private garages, supermarket, delicatessen, fishmonger, fruit and vegetable market, as well as numerous other commercial businesses of crafts, fashion, art, goldsmiths, and so on.
