Featuring free Wi-Fi, the NH Cavalieri is a modern building across from Pisa Train Station. The airport shuttles stop in front of the hotel, and the Leaning Tower is just a 20-minute walk away.

Breakfast is perfect.
good breakfast buffet
The hotel l in front of Stazione Centrale. The entrance is from the gallery between 2 streats. The room has all basic amentities. The safe is on receiption. The staff was frendly. The breakfast was good
The noise from the street in my room (723) The wardrobe needs to be updated
It's very centrally located in the city, also very close to station pisa centrale. And the distance to leaning tower of pisa is able to walk. This hotel would be reasonable choice for the cost.
I was slightly cold at the night I stayed. Receptionist said to me they turned on the heat of my room. Inspite of activating heating system I felt a little bit coldness. But it was not the problem only limted to this hotel, I think most of hotels in europe have same problem because they were built long times ago. So that bothers me none. :)
The location was great. The bathroom was newly remodeled and very nice.
The room was still in the 40's! The beds were not very comfortable and the room had a smell, like old furniture.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Close to station and only about a 20 minute walk to the tower.
The breakfast wasn't great value.
We really enjoyed our stay here, about 15mins walk to the tower, and 5mins from the main shopping street. The staff were fantastic at giving us maps and pointers. Breakfast was unreal
Nice staff, good breakfast, quiet
I liked the breakfast and the service. That is all.
The wifi didn't last long, the people around us were noisy and the window was noisy.I would give it a two star.
fantastic friendly stuff, close to the central station which was for us important, really fantastic breakfast...even open at 5 o clock in the morning, no problem with the taxidriver or anything they arranged for us. Very honest and what we reaaly liked the owner loves paintings and BIO food ( not cheap fastfood) Access is NOT on the mainroad, although there is a small advert, not easy to find :))) it looks like an entrance for an apartmenthouse. But worth to look for!!!!
For a 3 star and that price, nothing to complain at all, even if it would have been announced for a 4 star....Highly recommended from 2 worldtravellers
Location, reasonable price but we usually stay a block away at Terminus & Plaza which is nicer for around same price. Staff pleasant. Quiet tucked away from the road. Didn't have breakfast. Easy to get there on CITY bus from the airport for €1.20 each (ticket in airport) or €2 on bus - get off at the station Pisa Centrale - 5 mins walk from there in the arcade left off the main street ahead of the station.
Bit of a rough area, rough sleepers but felt safe enough. Very dowdy. Breakfast was too expensive so we chose not to take it and get something in a cafe - lots around but we went to the airport and got something there.
The friendliness and efficency on arrival is always reassuring. The staff have excellent English and good sense of humour.Proximity to Pisa Centrale railway station positive factor. Hotel book taxi to collect and or drive to Airport.
Reception staff were really welcoming and so helpful.
Access to city center, rail & airport
General surroundings immediately outside the hotel are a bit on the nasty side
I would have to say that the breakfast would have been one of the best during our 6 weeks of travelling around Croatia, Greece and Italy. Great selection.
From the outside which was in an alley way it and the surrounding area was not the most choice.
Location. Friendly and helpful staff.
Bit dirty and untidy around entrance. Not enough electric sockets in room to recharge phones.
Loved the central location, 1 minute walk from the train station and very clean and tidy.
No internet signal and hard bed but didn't spoil our night.
Nice staff, Great wifi, Decent breakfast Quiet room Handy for station
Slightly seedy location near train station
Very near to the central station, but also quiet. Reception always manned (differently from other small hotels and B&B) saved my night, when the train was delayed by several hours.
The hotel is an ideal choice for those who travel by train. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk from the train station to the hotel. The room is clean, the staffs are kind and helpful, and the breakfast is especially great.
The staf at the reception and at the breakfastbuffet do an excellent job! The breakfast scores 10 in a scale from 1 to 10! Good choise for those withceliac disease, by the way...
I hope priority will be given to take care of the hotel in terms of maintenance / refurbishment before it is too late and it is due ... the window frames in our room were about to disintegrate...
Staff Co-operation Location
Wifi stopped after some time.
Didn't manage to stay at the hotel so not sure. But staff were very friendly
Used the toilets on the ground floor, poor cleanliness and that we were informed later in the day - post bag drop - that we can't check in and stay because of some water issue. Was moved to neighbouring hotel which was even worse! Not convinced the water reason was genuine.
Proximity to rail station/bus service
Paper thin walls made it difficult to sleep at night. We could hear every word being said in the hallway and could hear the toilets flush in the rooms next to us.
1. Staff 2. Breakfast 3. Location 4. Efficiency 5. Care
1. Bathroom design. Absence of a shower curtain means that one ends up with a lake on the floor with water running out under the bathroom door. 2. Furniture rather old and the worse for wear.
