Score from 1592 reviews Very good
Me skinny guy was very courteous.
The bed is not comfortable, we were stuck for two days without hot water response:" that many people take showers at the same time
Location Space room
Breakfast was great Room was every day cleaned
The location is great, the employees are very helpful.
The small dining room which is not enough for the number of hotel's guest. In addition the dining room include the kitchen and sink as well !
Location was excellent, its walking distance to colosseo, termini station and other spots...
Wifi was poor in the room, but in the lobby was good
Everything was great. We felt like at home. No doubt that I will come back. The rooms, location and staff are the best I ever had on vacation.
A neat clean accomodation (not a resort). Location very central to access many landmarks easily by foot. Great shop selection & supermarket right around door step, termini close....not too close to be trashed by commuters.....can access more distant locations by metro links, easy! Airconditioned, clean rooms, good size modern bathroom.
Not direct access off street but makes little difference really.....typical of Rome & other big cities, pay a fair bit more if u need everything to be high end.
very good location, nice crew, friendly, helpful, absolutely great hotel choice for rome holiday
Nothing to complain
The location is excellent, close to metro station Republica. Staff very helpful and very kindly Room was nice, large and they are cleaned every day. The conditions were four stars accomodations
The hotel is at the 4th floor of the building. This is not an issue, but you only find this when you enter in the building, but many hotels in the center of Rome is like that,
Walking distance to all sites. Many restaurants near by, as well as small supermarket. Room was clean and spacious, personal was very helpful. Though it is on bussy street the rooms are quiet, facing to inside yard or to side street. Breakfast room is very tiny, it may happen you be waiting for avaiable table.
the entrance is a bit untrustful from the street level, the reception is only on 4th floor. It is normal living apatment building. Downstairs are plenty of ring bells. Upon arrival it was a bit upleasant surprice, then we got used to it. Also the house shakes a bit when big vehicle runs by.
I liked the quietness of the rooms despite being located in a busy shopping area. Also convenient balcony connecting our 2 rooms.
The breakfast area was a bit too compact for the number of guests but helpful staff made it bearable.
It was not so good. Why do a staff open the door of my room in the early morning without careful check?
You were not allowed to take your room key with you when you left the hotel for the day. One time there was nobody at the desk. Anyone could have walked up and taken a key hanging at that desk and gone into any room.
Everything is perfect. Hospitality is also excellent. Thanks to the young lady who met us by a nice welcome.
The room was clean. The building is old however the bathroom and the windows are renovated. The location was close to the metro station of Republica and in walking distance from Roma Termini and Trevi Fountain. The WiFi signal was adequate. The breakfast was fair including coffee, croissants, milk with cereal, yogurt, toasted bread, marmalade, etc.
Very nice staff. perfect location, very comfortable bed. Overall it was good value for money, we had great time.
Our room was not cleaned one day and we were left with no toilet paper, although it happend only one time.
Our room was ready early Staff were very friendly Some reviews said building shakes when Subway goes by (5-10 minutes from train station), but it wasn't noticeable
Small elevator to bring luggage up in Shower glass wall didn't fully cover the tub so it was hard not to splash water over
The hotel has good location and competitive price. The man at the front desk was very kind.
The woman who served breakfast buffet needs reeducation of service mind.
part of the stuff not willing to help. very tiny dining room ,that every morning we had to waite to get our breakfast table. in general , got the impression that the stuff see us as wolking euros instead of people to surve.
The breakfast , the cleaness, the friendliness of family running the hotel. Mother , daughter and son
Vibrations due to car movement , very small breakfast area ,
The hotel is super, quality rooms and service for 4 - 4.5 stars. Very good location, in the center. I took a business card for all my friends
Location perfect ,central in historical rome , restaurants & supermarket &metro are so near
There is no boiler in the room and garbage also
It is located in the center of the town, very close to Termini station, Fori and Quirinal. Almost across the street there is a supermarket. The building is old and nice. All the staff members were pleasant and ready to help. The room was oddly decorated but big, clean and comfortable, with rarely good sanitary engeneering. The price was rather low. The breakfast was not bad for Italy.
Due to some features of the building we felt trembling sometimes when cars and bikes were rushing down the street. But we quickly got used to it. Coffee might be better. But it is hard to call this all disorders. The hotel was very good, we were pleased.
location is great, walking distance to sights, breakfast is fine, price is affordable, close to public transport
old furniture, hard beds
