The Red House Company is a family business started in order to maximize a property investment in Venice. My wife and I have understood the potential of quality self catering rentals along the way of the positioning of our first apartment: “The Red House”. We decided that this could be our future full time occupation in the December 2009 and we are now managing successfully a number of properties in the historic centre of Venice.

Luxurious apartment with designer furnishings in the historical Palazzo Molin Cuoridoro. The apartment is one of 4 in the same building, all with fine furnishings, marble floors and bathrooms. The delightful private courtyard on which the building overlooks has tables and chairs laid out in the shade of big garden umbrellas. The building also has a common area with concierge (10AM – 5.30PM, no weekends), furnished with elegant sofas and with a view of the canal from the palace water entrance. The apartment is located on the ground floor, raised by 3 steps and safe from high waters. The bright and spacious living area has a splendid view of the green inner courtyard and consists of a dining with a relax corner with modern sofa and armchairs. The fully equipped kitchen is separated from it by a sliding door. An archway gives you access to the bedroom area: 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is ensuite) with shower cabin and marble finishing. Palazzo Molin Cuoridoro is located at the heart of the San Marco district, only a stone’s throw from the Piazza. Here, you will find elegant boutiques, artisan shops, and historical restaurants.

Venice has six districts, known as “sestieri”. The district of San Marco embraces three important city venues and symbols: the Accademia Bridge, the Rialto Bridge, and the most famous Square in the world (as well as only one of the island), Piazza San Marco. Here, you can find some of the most well-known and beautiful city monuments: the splendid San Marco Basilica, richly decorated with Byzantine mosaics and columns, the elegant Palazzo Ducale, overlooking the San Marco basin, and the imposing “Campanile” (bell tower), from which you can enjoy one of the most breathtaking views of the city’s rooftops. In this area, you can find elegant cafes and restaurants, famous art galleries, and the city’s most beautiful Murano-glass shops and important boutiques, for those who love shopping.
