It has a good exposure. It is located on the first floor of a property built in the 50s with the typical construction materials of the place (tuff and clay bricks), thus it has a natural good thermal and acoustic insulation. Now incorporated into a more modern living environment, the building retains the vintage charm. It 'easy to reach by car, to the benefit of the customer who if he wants, for the entire period of his stay in the city, can safely move on foot, as a few meters from the historic center and the Castello Tramontano. I graduated in Economics at the University of Bari and obtained the conservatory diploma in classical guitar at the conservatory of Matera E.R. Duni. I like basketball and all team sports. I love travelling, discovering other places, different cultures and traditions though still very bound to my land. I live in a family where hospitality is sacred, an essential value to fully satisfy the needs of our guests. As a child I have always travelled a lot and I have stayed in different 5-star hotels but from time to time I have noticed some flaws in terms of hospitality. Therefore I have decided to correct these little gaps that may seem unimportant but have the power to ruin your stay. Hospitaly and meticolous attention to details are my primary objectives which will always be the most important traits of my apartment.

The area where the property is located is well served by commercial activities. There are pharmacies, bars, restaurants, supermarket, bakery, gym, all just a few meters away. The area also has a secure parking garage and a railway called Ferrovie Appulo Lucane.
