Amazing pool with great view to Tuscany hills and great location to get to all parts of Tuscany and Umbria, easy to find. So relaxed place with large territory, chairs and sun loungers around the pool. Beautiful building, decorated and clean rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Book for more than one night to have time to enjoy the atmosphere

When we first came to Umbria to look for a property to buy and convert into a B&B, we immediately fell in love with this place. Hopefully it will be the same for you. We loved the view and the location because it's convenient to everything. Furthermore it is ideal to rest, as it's so peaceful and silent. We still enjoy living here, as you can feel closer to nature, without being far from life.
Hi, nice to meet you. We love meeting new guests, and we love hearing their stories. There is so much you can learn just listening to people. This is our story. We are a couple who has been married for 16 years, we love good food, and good life. Before moving to Umbria, we used to live in the north of Italy, in a town called Brescia, we had a restaurant there, so our life was completely different. Now you now why we have chosen to be a B&B only, no more cooking, please! Still we enjoy cooking everynow and then, so we have choosen to do cooking classes, it is a nice way of sharing your knowledge with other people, have fun, taste great food, and hear everyone's stories, all at the same time!
Our neighbourhood is just perfect, as you find nature, art, history, culture, great food, and great wine all within a stone's throw. We are surrounded by lovely hills, and picturesque small villages, ideal to explore and to stop for lunch or dinner. Furthermore there are some unique places nearby like Orvieto with its magnificent cathedral, Civita di Bagnoregio, the dying town (in fact it's very lively), and the beautiful Val d'Orcia, just to mention a few. If you are looking for a town Perugia and Arezzo are great ones, and when you feel like you want more "movida" you can always get the train to Rome and Florence, all convenient, easy, and cheap.
