CIR CODE: 027023-LOC-00174 Comfortable and charming newly renovated apartment for 2 people, located on the ground floor of a building on quiet residential area with a shared garden. The structure is located in Oriago di Mira city (15 km far from Venice), in the heart of the splendid Brenta Riviera, renomated for its beautiful villas built mainly between the 15th and 19th centuries, some of them designed by the famous architect Andrea Palladium. The apartment consists of: Living room and kitchen equipped with sofa, TV, table, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and everything you need for cooking; Bathroom with shower equipped with towels, hairdryer; Room with double bed and large wardrobe stocked with pillows, blankets and sheets. Present: washing machine, clothesline, iron, mosquito nets, air conditioner and independent heating. Large free parking in front of the entrance. Direct access to the fully fenced shared garden. Ideal for tourism, business trips, stays for hospital treatment or for those looking for leisure and culture. Possibility of renting for extended periods upon request of availability. Important information: Guests must provide valid ID upon arrival. Unregistered people are not allowed in the apartment. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
