The Villa it's situated in the heart of Apulia, one of the most beautiful Regions in Italy! Due to the strategical point, very close to all the main popular cities and beaches but also all those hidden ones that we can advice you to check out. The villa consists in 3 different apartments, maximum capacity it's 12 people DOWNSTAIRS: two separate apartments, the first one it's for 4 persons (one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and double sofa-bed in living room). The second apartment it's for 2 persons (bedroom, kitchen and bathroom) UPSTARIS: it's for 6 persons ( two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and sofa-bed in living room) All the apartments are equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, regriferatos, microwaves, washing machines, dishwashers, coffee machines kettles ecc... everything you need for a wonderful stay. OUTDOOR: private swimming pool, hot tub with hot water, garden, sofa, big gazebo for take peaceful lunch or dinner ecc... Walk out of your room and jump right into the crystal clear pool! The villa it's located in Cassano delle Murge, surrounded by the Mercadante Forest National Park, between Bari (28km) and Matera (30km)

The Villa is immersed in nature and the public transportation is 3 mile away (bus to Bari) for this reason we reccomend you to rent a car We can offer rent car service and transfer to/from airport or station, just ask! The news laws approved by the Italian Government provides that when you come to do check-in, you have to sign up a rental agreement, and also you have to show all of yours identitity documents including children of any age The villa is located in a private property complex of villas, there are guards at the entrance of the complex that allow access only to registered people, the guardian service is guaranteed 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
