Nothing fancy but comfortable, clean and with nearby Metro easy access to all the major attractions. If you like walking, which we do, 20 minutes to the Vatican and 30-40 to the key spots across the river. Has the advantage of being in a regular residential neighborhood. So, if both prices are lower and you can hit the local neighborhood cafe/bar for breakfast, shop in stores that focus on bread, prosciutto, cheeses etc. for something different from the more touristy spots.

We stayed early June at this property, that is cc. 8 min walk from Vatican Museums, and cc. 12 min walk from the St Peter basilica, very close to metro station. The room was very quiet with comfy beds and airco. It was absolutely sufficient for our stay, as we were exploring the city during the days, and used the accommodation for nights. There is plenty of food-places around to have meals, as well as a grocery shop. The boys running it were great, assisting with tips. We would come back anytime and can recommend it to others.

It's been a great stay, I dealt with Michele, who's been very kind and available. He suggested me where to go for breakfast the following day and asked me if I need any help with directions or anything else. The room was a good size room, very clean and with a comfortable bed. He helped me turning off the heater and left free tea a a bottle of water for me. I will keep in mind this accomodation for the future. Thanks guys

Location is near Metro that will take you to all parts of Rome. Residential area with good restaurants, coffee bars and markets. Michele and Eduardo are excellent and helpful hosts.

It was very quiet and close to the metro. Very quiet apartment. Had everything we needed. Easy access from Rome termini station. The management team was extremely helpful to us. They helped us find covid testing for our return trip to the US on a Roman holiday. They also arranged a car to the airport for us. We’d recommend these rooms to anyone.

A wonderful hotel. The best location to see all of Rome and the hotel is really great value for money! The owners are very nice people and always help you and are available all the time. Absolute recommendation if you are looking for accommodation!
