This is a beautiful property in Ischia and was perfect for our group of six. The house and garden are spacious and the location was excellent. It was close to transport options but also quiet. The views from the upper area are spectacular. Communication with the host was excellent. The welcoming bowl of fruit along with pantry basics was really appreciated. This property exceeded our expectations.

Do you want an exclusive holiday experience in a rental villa in Forio d’Ischia? Villa La Formica, in the residential zone of San Francesco bay, just 100 metres from the beach, offers perfect holiday accommodation for six to eight people. Recently renovated, this single-storey villa extends over 180m2 and is surrounded by a garden with swimming pool. It has three double bedrooms, two of which have an en-suite bathroom. The villa has three bathrooms, including one with a bathtub. The living area comprises a spacious lounge area with fireplace and sofas and a dining area that looks out directly onto the garden. The kitchen with dining table is equipped with cooking utensils and domestic appliances. The finely furnished and air conditioned rooms all benefit from Wi-Fi connection. The annex below is sometimes available and comprises a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The swimming pool is lined with mosaic tiles and is filled with fresh water. It also has a cascade jet. It is surrounded by an English-style lawn with Cycas and Chamaerops palms, equipped with everything you could want. The perfect way to relax, far from prying eyes, while enjoying the sea view and fairy-tale sunsets. Guests are welcome to make use of the outdoor shower, garden furniture, sunbeds, parasols and barbecue corner
