It is a wonderful place, high up on a hill, with views all the way to the Umbrian mountains. it’s has 6 spacious bedrooms. a wonder covered terrace, a pizza oven. it’s in top shape, traditional with all modern amenities. Although the photos are great, they don’t do the place justice, it is so nice. and the owners are wonderful, too.

My name is Valentina and I am the mother of two beautiful children, Gabrio and Adele. I love nature, harmony and kindness, I have a passion for art, painting, sewing, interior design and everything creative! The restoration project of Villa Maria allowed me to give free rein to the imagination thanks also to the help of my family. I decided to share it with the rest of the world :) This is my first experience of this kind and I hope that future guests will love it and enjoy this enchanted place surrounded by the nature. Property info

Villa Maria is a nineteenth-century manor house, with an entirely fenced-in swimming pool, immersed in the green Tuscan hills, in Monte San Savino, an ancient medieval village. Strategic place near the highway, from which you can quickly reach the most beautiful cities and the most beautiful towns in Tuscany and Umbria. Surrounded by a large garden, an olive grove and a hazelnut grove where squirrels, roe deer and animals typical of the Tuscan fauna live. The villa has a completely fenced swimming pool (alt. Max 150) 5 meters by 13 meters, with an adjoining changing room and an external bathroom. The entire area enjoys a beautiful panorama. The main villa, on the ground floor, has a large living room with fireplace, a dining room with 12 seats, a TV lounge, a large equipped kitchen, a pantry, a bathroom for the disabled and a laundry room. Upstairs there is a lounge with billiards, a closet and four bedrooms with private bathrooms, one of which is for disabled guests and a very large bedroom with a double sofa bed for a total of ten beds. There is air conditioning in each room. The depandance is adjacent to the main villa and consists of two bedrooms.
