We had such a great experience at Roundabout Toyonaka. It was our first time in Japan and we are happy we chose to stay here. Both Aiko and Yasuro we so kind and welcoming. Their house is lovely (our room over looked their garden.) We chose a room with beds but there is also tatami rooms available. Yasuro offered to pick us up and take us to the airport which was really great as my Japanese is very rusty and I wasn't confident in our ability to take public transportation.Since they are both local, they had really great advice on what to see both close to and farther from the BnB. We also got a little walking tour around the neighborhood and there were so many shops and restaurants and a local shrine. If you have time, I would recommend cooking class with Aiko. It was so fun to go shopping and make food together, and I will absolutely be recreating it back home as well. I wish we could have stayed longer, but will definitely return when we can.
