Great location, close to transit and restaurants, clean facilities and comfy bed. Staff were very helpful, changing room for one with more light. Surprisingly quiet. Great area for walking, only 25 minutes to the castle.

This is one of the best hotel in Osaka. Everything is good. The location, rooms, staffs are very accomodating. You can leave your luggage on the hotel even you’re not yet check in. Highly recommended.

The location is great, in close proximity to the metro station. It's true that the water is drinkable and actually quite tasty as far as tap water goes. Comparing it with other hotels and locations throughout Japan, I can definitely say it's pretty good. The facilities are also great - there's self check in, consumables on the ground floor, all in all a good experience. The room is small, but that's to be expected in this price range in Japan and actually, not uncomfortably at all.

We had a decent view from our window! Unlike in all the other hotels we stayed in Japan 😄 also bigger room than the usual! There was plenty of space for opening the luggage, also a nice nook to store it. Room was equipped with a few hangers for, for example, drying our laundry, which was helpful! A lot and nice amenities in the lobby, pyjama was slightly nicer than in other hotels where they tend to feel like paper.

Excellent location between 2 major subway lines which made it easy to get around. Quiet area mostly filled with locals who were office workers and not with tourists. Decent size room and very fast internet. Large assortment of amenities located in the lobby along with fresh pajamas. Plenty of towels were provided and room cleaning was good.

The bed in the single room was wide and really comfortable. This room did not have a view but that did not matter, it was a good size room for a solo traveller, and it was clean and nice. The hotel is located conveniently close to two different stations and subway lines. Really good value.
