We liked everything about the property! The host, Marie, was so friendly & helpful … looked after us really well. The rooms were lovely & clean … at a much better standard than we’ve seen elsewhere in Cambodia! The swimming pool area and restaurant were beautifully done.

The view was beautiful. Sunset, ocean and mountain ⛱️ 🌄 🌇
Punchbag for training is a nice touch.
I loved the wicker beach design in the room, real late 1980s.
Staff(pretty dark haired woman)here was the only person who asked me each day how I was. Good to have follow up and show customer care.
I look forward to seeing this place in a year or two as I can see it's going to be very special

This place is a little slice of heaven! Good sized bungalows set amongst a fabulous lush garden. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool is clean and refreshing.
Location is very close to the crab market and national park. However getting around Kep, regardless of where you stay might need a bike or tuk tuk.
I will be back again!

It's a very quiet town , the sea food is some of the best I've ever had and very cheap for what it is.
It's not party town so if you want to go for that stick to Thailand.

I loved Kep. We stayed here for 2 days, 1 night. Went to the beach, enjoyed crab at the local restaurants and explored the national park. Kep is a beautiful little seaside village with lots to do. You could easily stay longer than we did.

Quiet little town with no real center.
Quiet little town with no real center. Better staying in the area of the crab market as there is absolutely nothing on the side of the jetty where you take the boat to go to rabbit island.
New restaurant right on the beach "the wave" is really really nice.
It is great to walk in the national park and definitely to spend a day or 2 on Rabbit island. Avoid the "Butterfly farm" as there were NO butterflies at least when we went there.

Kep has always been our go to place for the coast in Cambodia. Nice breezes, adequate beach, sailing when I am up for it.
The Nature preserve up the hill, the pepper plantations and salts flats worth visiting.
The crab is always great and fish as well. Dining on the water and watching the crab fishermen come and go is a great break from Phnom Penh.
As an experience we recommend trying the train from Phnom Penh to Kep at least once. You get to see a lot more of the country side than on the bus.

Of all the cities and villages we went to in Cambodia, Kep...
Of all the cities and villages we went to in Cambodia, Kep was definitely one of our favourites. It was very quiet when we were there (Tuesday thru Saturday), we heard it gets busier on the weekends but can’t really say for sure. It was easy to walk around, there’s a large and beautiful national park that starts in town, the bay, just so many lovely things. Visit the crab market and then go eat. Aim to be at one of the restaurant patios for sunset and crab dinner, freshly caught.
Kep is split into three parts - the town, the beach and the crab market, which are spaced quite a long way apart. So you need to stay by the crab market if you want to enjoy the best of the seafood and the sunsets. Mealea is right by the crab market so probably the best location in town. It’s a nice, comfortable place to stay, very leafy, you almost feel like you’re in the jungle! Lovely room, all very clean, and lovely, helpful staff who are always there to help.
The staff were friendly and kind. Also the breakfast was Awesome and very delicious. The resort resembles something of a exotic garden with nice bungalows. The Kep Crab Market was no more than 6 minute walk and also Kep national park was practically behind the resort (10 min walk to entrance of Kep National Park); strategically located. Also the staff had arranged the ride for me and my wife to kampot when we requested.
The hotel is perfectly placed for a beach holiday, directly across the road. Not much else around, a short tuk tuk ride to the Crab Market where you can find some lovely restaurants by the sea. Kep is nice to stay if you want a couple of quiet days doing nothing but the beach. Enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony of an evening watching the sun going down. The omelets are lovely at the hotel.
Very chilled spot in Kep. The house is surrounded by fruit trees whitch make a nice microclimate. We stayed here twice! We just had to come back for the best food and the welcoming and relaxing athmosphere. There is a dojo where you can work out or make yoga! We can absolutely recomend this place! Thanks to everyone we met at the jungle house for this experience!
Very beautiful resort just 10 mins from Kep Beacb with spacious rooms and lovely pool and restaurant area. The breakfast is delicious and complete, they even have really good bread! The reception staff was very helpful and warm, we came for new year and they even offered to have dinner together and celebrate with them. We stayed 3 nights and had a great time.
Wonderful host, Kate, went above and beyond to make out stay memorable - delicious food - amazing home-baked goodies would appear regularly - the property is very natural with lots of cool critters. Walking distance to beach and Kep crab market - but best of all - the most comfortable bed in Cambodia!
Thank you Kate for taking such good care of us.
A very good experience in this beautiful city of Kep . The bungalow was very beautiful and the staff very kind , and helpful . They helped me for the booking in Siem Reap and my stop over in the hotel of Kompong Khleang .
Very good remembrance . This hotel is 10 min from national park kep , i visited . i regretted not to stay enough
The hotel is located in a beautiful garden. There are a lot of flowers here, it smells nice and is very clean. The territory is landscaped at the highest level. Very nice restaurant and polite host. Good breakfasts. The design of the hotel is chic, a very beautiful shower room. There are enough outlets in the room and they all work.
Ideal place to stay in Kep because of the social atmosphere at night there in the hotel bar/restaurant since Kep doesn't have much nightlife. Close to beach and seafood market. Excellent value, clean, English speaking staff. Café/restaurant open long hours. Good place to meet people and get information. Reliable wifi
Fabulous place just opposite sea, short walk to Crab Market and restaurants although the on site restaurant was great - recommend the chicken sate!
Staff helpful and had some great chats with the owner
Best bathroom in Cambodia, lovely grounds and a great pool area to relax plus a bar for ocean views
If you love the silence and nature around, this is probably the best choice in Kep. Slightly bumpy road from the highway to the hotel (only 300-400 meters), but very quiet and peaceful. The owners are very nice people. High quality service, clean, comfortable, quiet, beautiful.
Beautiful hotel - better than the photos! Room was spacious, clean, cool and quiet. The staff were amazing - helpful and friendly. The pool/bar area is a gorgeous oasis. Nice breakfast. Staff arranged us rental scooters to be delivered to the hotel very quickly.
Room was great (and being woken up by monkeys playing on the roof was..... different). Infinty pool one of the best hotel pools I have come across. Front desk staff really helpful - arranged pick up and return to airports at very comptetitive prices.
A little gem on the foothills of the Kep National Park, 10 minutes away from the crab market.
Fantastic staff, great view, tasty food and a lot of nature.
We can strongly recommend Atmaland, a beautiful unpretentious 3 stars hotel, how we like them
Right at the southern end of Kep beach, very convenient location. Step out immediately into the bustling street. Tuktuk drivers all know where The Beach House is, no problem locating.
The location was fantastic, right on Kep Beach waterfront. Its beautiful, the design of the hotel is lovely. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good
