The view was beautiful. Sunset, ocean and mountain ⛱️ 🌄 🌇
Punchbag for training is a nice touch.
I loved the wicker beach design in the room, real late 1980s.
Staff(pretty dark haired woman)here was the only person who asked me each day how I was. Good to have follow up and show customer care.
I look forward to seeing this place in a year or two as I can see it's going to be very special

This place is a little slice of heaven! Good sized bungalows set amongst a fabulous lush garden. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool is clean and refreshing.
Location is very close to the crab market and national park. However getting around Kep, regardless of where you stay might need a bike or tuk tuk.
I will be back again!

It's a very quiet town , the sea food is some of the best I've ever had and very cheap for what it is.
It's not party town so if you want to go for that stick to Thailand.

I loved Kep. We stayed here for 2 days, 1 night. Went to the beach, enjoyed crab at the local restaurants and explored the national park. Kep is a beautiful little seaside village with lots to do. You could easily stay longer than we did.

Quiet little town with no real center.
Quiet little town with no real center. Better staying in the area of the crab market as there is absolutely nothing on the side of the jetty where you take the boat to go to rabbit island.
New restaurant right on the beach "the wave" is really really nice.
It is great to walk in the national park and definitely to spend a day or 2 on Rabbit island. Avoid the "Butterfly farm" as there were NO butterflies at least when we went there.

Kep has always been our go to place for the coast in Cambodia. Nice breezes, adequate beach, sailing when I am up for it.
The Nature preserve up the hill, the pepper plantations and salts flats worth visiting.
The crab is always great and fish as well. Dining on the water and watching the crab fishermen come and go is a great break from Phnom Penh.
As an experience we recommend trying the train from Phnom Penh to Kep at least once. You get to see a lot more of the country side than on the bus.

Of all the cities and villages we went to in Cambodia, Kep...
Of all the cities and villages we went to in Cambodia, Kep was definitely one of our favourites. It was very quiet when we were there (Tuesday thru Saturday), we heard it gets busier on the weekends but can’t really say for sure. It was easy to walk around, there’s a large and beautiful national park that starts in town, the bay, just so many lovely things. Visit the crab market and then go eat. Aim to be at one of the restaurant patios for sunset and crab dinner, freshly caught.
The location is superb; the hotel is situated over the esplanade from the best beach in Kep and not far from Kep Deli where one can get a good French breakfast or lunch. Several good pizza shops are nearby, including Bella Pizza - very good and with delivery! The hotel has very attentive staff and a French owner who is exceptionally helpful. The chef here also serves tasty meals at a very reasonable price. The monkeys in the rainforest out the back are an interesting bonus.
This little resort is about 7 to 10min walk to Kep Crab market. So it was convenient visiting every morning or evening to check out the market and have meals. The resort was very interactive and I liked that they regularly check on your bookings and requirements which gave me alot of reassurances. I knew I would be in good hands when staying over. We had a tour bus so we also visited Kampot town about 20km away on one of the days to visit Samaki market and around town.
The owner is friendly and welcoming. The response is quick and satisfied. The environment and landscape planning are good and feeling relaxed. Kids also like. One of the best thing I like the most is close to the beach and crab market. In this Covid-ara, it is recommended to stay there as it is completely safe and isolated. All Covid safety procedure are followed as instructed by the Ministry of Health of Cambodia. Great place!
very nice owner, peaceful decoration, the wife’s owner can cook exceptional and delicious food if you request. close to center and walking distance to the beach and nearby the legendary crab ( symbol of kep city). You can use kitchen to cook own food, free coffee and tea and clean water. highly recommended . there is seafood market 1km nearby so u can go there and buy fresh seafood and cook urself in the kitchen
It's a beautiful house in a big garden, a lot of places to chill and 10 minutes walk away tothebeach. Sergio and Chenda are the best hosts, they are always there to make your stay more comfortable. There is a large open kitchen and Chenda cooks vary delicious Khmer and Thai food for very reasonable prices.
I was planing to stay one or two days but I stayed 6 days. It's also a great place for long term stay.
The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in the suite and it was huge, basically a one bedroom apartment. The room had all the amenities we needed with fast wifi. Very comfy and big bed.
The hotel is very clean and the pool is huge. We loved it!
Water pressure in the shower and hot water could have been better but that’s just my personal preference.
Wonderful host, Kate, went above and beyond to make out stay memorable - delicious food - amazing home-baked goodies would appear regularly - the property is very natural with lots of cool critters. Walking distance to beach and Kep crab market - but best of all - the most comfortable bed in Cambodia!
Thank you Kate for taking such good care of us.
For island living this is as simple as it gets. The bungalows are right on the beach facing west so the sun sets over the sea are fabulous. the food and drinks are delicious and the owners and staff are very friendly. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Electricity (generator) however is limited between sunset and 11.00pm.
Hands down the best breakfast we had during our stay in cambodia. The outdoors and indoors were designed very well and invited to relax and wind down. The owner was very helpful and gave us all kinds of tips on the surroundings. The pool was nice and cold thanks to the tent over it.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. The area is not overly developed so is quiet and relaxing. The hotel is modern and looks to be popular with tourists and locals. It was quiet when.we stayed. A good base for exploring Kep and surroundings.
Beautiful tropical oasis at the foot of Kep National Park. My 2nd floor room patio area was nestled in the canopy of the lush tropical landscape. The owner Patrick was easy going and extremely accommodating throughout my entire stay.

Beautiful hotel. Loved the rooms and surroundings. The restaurant food and service was extremely good but also friendly. Would recommend a stay here and worth coming to Kep to experience.
Definitely the best view from any hotel in Kep. The staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast was pretty good.
My room was comfortable and clean.
I really enjoyed my stay.
It’s a little paradise, Jim is the best host ever, the a la carte breakfast is delicious and the garden is so beautiful. Thank you Patrick & Jim for a lovely stay in Kep!
10/10, Perfect getaway from the busy city. Unexpected experience for this price point. Highly recommended if those who wanted to spend a relaxing holiday at Kep.
