The alive bug in the hotel room and ants .............. ( AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!
Very spacious room, 5 star like hall and great pool. Staff very attentive. 5 minute easy walk to the very center, but actually you're in the center already
I really enjoy staying this hotel. Nice SPA.
Courteous and very helpful staff. Very quiet, comfortable and clean room overlooking the pool. Non-smoking floor. Breakfast was very good:Asian and Western food available and plentiful. Location to Pub Street a few minutes walk or take a Tuk Tuk ride.
Tiles around the pool very slippery when wet. Extreme care needs to be taken when talking around the pool
The quickness of the room. Room size is large. Beautiful set up of khmer design. We had the premium rooms, and reconnecting rooms, makes us enjoy our stay more! The staffs are very helpful, especially the front desk, Tang Lin, he knows exactly what and don't want, good English too.
Sometimes you could hear footsteps from upstairs room. Hard to walk as the road going to the markets are very busy with cars and motorcycles and hard to cross the roads. Not for pedestrians. But its no problem as the hotel has tuk tuk service.
The location was perfect. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and spacious
Could do with some painting and general maintenance. Tiles around the swimming pool very slippery and dangerous.
Lovely and helpful staff. There was a slight delay with our room being ready but we were upgraded for the half an hour inconvenience. Great beds, rooms. A decent size pool. 10 - 12 mins walk to the main restaurants and shops.
This was the only place we got bitten by mossies especially by the pool area.
everything the breakfast was great, the staff excellent, location perfect, the tuktuk driver hoe was so courteous and helpful. will stay again
Good position in siem reap, fantastic breakfast, clean, modern furniture, a real **** star hotel for a good price
Staff lost our reservation, staff not trained to solve any kind of problem, we booked some extras (fresh fruit at arrival...) which were not present in the room... Gym too small.
great choice at breakfast
wifi barely working
Location of this property is not far from Pup street and quite area ,near shopping mall , travel agent Staff very help full
Signal of Wifi in the room is slow but at lobby is perfect
Just an all round very nice hotel in a great location. Excellent public areas and pool. Wonderfully friendly staff. Highly recommended.
Breakfast basics, just felt that some of the food could have been better preserved such as the cereals which always appeared to be past their best. Fresh foods were great though.
The staff were excellent, friendly, patient and helpful. The location was superb only 15 minutes walk from Pub Street where the food was cheap and excellent. Only 20 minutes by tuk tuk or cab to Angkor Watt temple complex and close to the airport.
Can be a little basic and tired, but overall great!
- Pool was amazing; it's so large and what's not to love about a pool bar. - Majority staff were extremely friendly. - Extremely well located, as Pub Street is a 5 minute walk, which is great for a variety of restaurants, bars and even nightclubs. Pub St is naturally more expensive as it is within a primary tourist area, although prices are still much less than the hotel.
- WiFi in our experience was extremely slow. - We were provided a small bowl of complimentary fruit at the beginning of our stay which was lovely, although all the fruit peels and uneaten fruits remained there during our entire 5-night stay, even after room service had visited (you'd think call and ask to have it removed, although we were in the frame of thought that they just MAY clean it up during their next room visit). - Basics, such as toilet paper, were not replenished during a room service, which meant we called up a couple of times for toilet paper. - Upon arrival, we were put into a twin room/smoking room, when we had requested a non-smoking/double room (although note that this was amended afterward). - Very expensive within the hotel, you pay double for everything, so opt for Pub Street region for dining and drinking. We didn't expect to pay more than $100 US for our washing, which was no more than one machine load, alas, we did! - Overall, it wasn't what we were expecting based on the positive reviews we had read; we thought this wasn't a 4-star, particularly in comparison to many other hotels we've stayed at in Cambodia, within same price/hotel rating. Based on my experience I think I would rather stay somewhere else if I returned, but definitely in the same/similar area.
Pool (large and in good condition), varied buffet breakfast (also good it starts at 6) staff. Others have complained that the public areas aren't air conditioned. It's true but I didn't see any big problem. Perhaps there would be more customers for the cafe if it was. I paid about €30 per night and thought it was great value.
Wifi could have been better.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They always great you with a smile. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel is very clean. The hotel was close to the night market and pub street. Everything was great here.
Looked great Good service Nice staff Rooms were really nice.
Saw a couple rats around pool garden area and outside lobby.
The pool is very nice, large and clean. Breakfast is quite good and the staff is very friendly
The rooms are not very sound-proof. You can hear the TV of the room next to you. The cleaning staff is quite noisy in the morning
Buffet breakfast excellent. Huge swimming pool and sufficient sun beds. We stayed in a Premier Suite Room, which was a very nice room with lots of sun on our private balcony, beautiful furniture and a gorgeous bathroom
The whole experience was wonderful. Gave us a lasting impression of how good Siem Reap was to travel around
Great location with friendly staff. Just a nice all round hotel with plenty of places for just switching off whether on the room balcony or around the pool area which is first class.
The staff, the pool, the room, the location and especially the service.
Breakfast , swimming pool(smaller than picture),wifi
The breakfast is awesome. Location is good too.
The hotel messed up my bus reservation from Siem Reap to Bangkok. Overall a very good hotel. Would stay again.
