Again, I really like European design and Van Gogh reproductions that can be seen inside the hotel. Such things add style and coziness to the general atmosphere. And I feel like breakfasts have become better. It's a great location! They are pretty thorough about cleaning rooms. The staff is very polite and helpful. They overcharged me by accident during check-in and I didn't even notice it. But they informed me about it when we were about to check out and they used the money to cover my other expenses in the hotel (taxi, dinner).

I went there for the specific reason to try to practice some basic Russian. Most of the museums are very small although I enjoyed the archaeology floor in the main museum.
Because of Covid many of the places I went to in the evening were empty. Generally people were kind if you are not intimidated by what seems to be a cold exterior typical of the region (because I am British I am not put off by this).
I deliberately chose places where English was not likely to be spoken and despite my Russian being super basic, I got by. It was only in a Ukrainian restaurant where I felt the waitress was almost hostile -but probably she was just freaked out by a non Russian speaker.
I did try a few of the modern style type restaurants/bars and as of March 2021 I found the Barrel the most interesting in terms of the menu.

I liked evey thing in this hotel the staff very helpful and friendy i arrived at mid night they are waiting for me and they let's me stay in the flat untill 5 PM because my flight was at 8 PM . The flat very clean and well equipped . IT was in the heart of Uralsk all you needs around you even you can go waking to the park 10 minute .
The location of the hotel is good, close to a nice square with plenty sights. The hotel room is nice, clean, big. I had hot water for shower and good internet connection. The staff was nice and the breakfast was also tasty and we could select what we wanted to eat each day.
I liked the artsy European style the hotel has inside. Rooms are comfy and you can see Van Gogh reproductions on the walls. Overall, it's small but cozy. The location is great! The metallic room key is part of the design and should not be changed.
The hotel is really good to stay with business trip purpose or with family. The receptionists, waiters and administrators are very polite. The food in restaurant is very tasty, ordered for dinner (complex) which was good. The parking is available.
clean, cozy and in strategic position to visit the city of Uralsk. I really appreciated the quality of the furnitures and the fact that there was a room for my daughter ( 4 years old ). Perfect stay.
It was my second stay at this hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly, the rooms are fine - they are cleans with all what you need. This time they offered breakfast on the room, which was nice.

I liked Design of apartment and enter service. I even did not see the host. You enter like to hotel. I stayed 2 days and it was Great. Cheaper than hotel for two times.
We really appreciate water in the fridge, small shampoo and body gel bottles, and a razor. Also it was very clean and bright. Felt like a luxurious hotel room. :D
