The view was awesome, the owner and the staff members were really warm and helpful, and you felt like you are living with a family. Furthermore, the breakfast was delicious, I especially enjoyed labneh. The place was super clean and maintained really well, if you also think about the unstable situation in Lebanon right now, and it was mostly quiet. I would like to come back one day!

It is a beautiful old town. Perfect for swimming in the sea and then going for a stroll. We stayed only one day so did not have a chance to visit any attractions. A wonderful historic town with everything within walking...
A wonderful historic town with everything within walking distance. A lot of very good restaurants and absolutely everyone was friendly and welcoming. Some great beach restaurants on both main beaches, one very rocky and one beautifully sandy.

Very nice city for walking, site seeing, dining, hanging out, etc. Its old souk is one of the most famous in Lebanon, and the atmosphere is comfortable and cozy. Walking and sitting by the sea at the old port is quite a relaxing experience.AAnonymousLebanon - 10Scored 10

Very nice place with amazing sunset! We stayed in Beirut for 3 days and in Byblos(Jbeil) for another 3 days. But you don't have to stay that much in Beirut, Byblos is more relaxing. You can visit historical places and also you may have summer holiday. Very great bars and restaurants in center, you will not get bored'BegümTurkey
