Amazing hotel on the beach. I loved it. From outside at the first view, I was not sure if this will be as good as it was. But then they took me to my room where the temperature was always great, no aircondition needed (although it was there). I just sometimes used a fan, but very occasionally. The staff there was always keen to help. For example, there was big party one day on the beach and the manager of the hotel found another accomodation for me for I could sleep. I also had an accident on the beach and the staff helped me to clean my wound, they applied desinfection and then gave me an antibiotic ointment. They also asked me everyday if I am getting better.

Hotel was lovely and just as we expected. The location was great next to Coconut Tree Hill and it was easy to get a tuk tuk on the main road outside if we didn't fancy walking 10 mins to Mirissa Beach. Breakfast was lovely with enough to choose from. The pool was nice to relax and have a beer after being out all day.

The property is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and the beaches. Mirissa is quite small anyway so everything is walkable. The room itself was spotless and very spacious and has a balcony I enjoyed sitting on. There was a fridge in the room which was useful to keep drinks cold and there was also tea and coffee and a kettle which was nice. The owners were also friendly and check in and out were very smooth.

Beautiful colonial property with lots of character and an incredible sea view. There is a lovely pool and garden area, beds are comfy and breakfast on the terrace was great. Staff are helpful and not at all overbearing.

Spacious rooms with a kitchenette. Bonus of having a washing machine in the really good sized bathroom. The staff were really attentive to our needs and got things sorted out for us promptly. The lovely ladies who were cleaning the rooms even folded our washing that we hung out on the lines. Our kids made great use of the good sized pool at the accommodation. We were a stones throw from the beach and bars in the area. The staff were really helpful in their knowledge of the area and suggestions made of things to do in the area

Amazing beach property in Mirissa gorgeous room great shower bathroom and amazing staff. Bar on the beach with restaurant with freshly grilled fish I. The eve was a bonus. As was the good beach location Dave the strong tides which can’t be helped.they also helped organise the whale /dolphin watching. Also great for a trip to Galle and back

    A busy touristy beach town with a nice beach and good waves. Eating out can be expensive and caters to Western tastes. It is becoming increasingly difficult to find authentic Sri Lankan food, a real shame. There are beautiful temples in the area, drop your smoothie bowl and experience the real Sri Lanka.

    Mirissa is a great beach, currently the ocean is rough in April due to unusual weather patterns perhaps after Taiwan earthquake . Fun beach where it totally comes alive from 4pm with restaurants row and in the mornings too could use the beach chairs swim while sipping a cocktail or have afternoon tea, currently only dip but for surf better.     Not sure where the rave reviews come from, there are much nicer beaches/beach locations in Sri Lanka! The town of Mirissa is actually quite littered and the offerings in terms of cafes, restaurants is not great.

    Lovely long beach with many restaurants and bars along the way. Always a happy hour/hours at most places. Food is relatively expensive but you have to remember you are literally eating on the beach. Good surf spots and even a little body surf action on the main beach.

    A very beautiful and friendly place, the beaches are incredible, we stayed 4 nights before moving on to Colombo, had we not already booke a paid for the hotel in Colombo, I can definitely say that we would've stayed in mirrisa for the entire time we were inSri Lanka. The hotel was in an ideal location, run by very nice and friendly people. I would highly recomend to stay at Dilara Resort if your are planning to go on excursions, it's perfect.

    I did not expect that Mirissa is a small place: ) Not much shopping as in a big city, but eventually I found small shops to buy original tea, spices, etc. I joined a group for yoga on the beach led by a local nice person. I went to SPA for full body massage, scrubbing & sharidara (ayurvedic head massage). It was very good experience. Not easy to find exchange office for foreign currency.

    The hotel exceeded all our expectations. It was positioned on the beach front with a view over a deserted gorgeous beach. There are only 4 rooms in the hotel which makes it quiet and special. The staff want to make you feel like it's your home and they certainly achieve that. All of the staff provide top tier service and Suresh (general manager) even organised a private dinner on the beach to celebrate a birthday. We are very appreciative of the whole team at the Three Gables for making our stay unforgettable.

    We chose this place for it's fantastic location. It's situated on the best stretch of the beach. Another plus is the restaurant. Even you're not vegan, you will love the choice of meals and drinks. The hotel manager was very helpful and friendly. He gave us good advices for surfing school and SPA. The waiters and other staff are gorgeous, they meet you always with a smile. The vibe and beach life in Slow Vegan is something special. A place to relax and calm down in the otherwise busy Mirissa.

    The best accommodation in our journey jn Sri Lanka. It’s 10 minutes to Mirisa main beach. The room is well prepared and in a very clean condition. Also, the villa looks well organized with good yard view. The staff welcomed us with ice coffee, reminded us to take a hotel umbrella when we go out. All communication is smooth. Value exceed what we paid for. We all wants to stay for more nights.

    This hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff were so kind and helpful, the rooms and pool area were very clean, and the Sri Lankan breakfast was absolutely delicious! The location of the hotel was great and within walking distance to the main beach in Mirissa and the nearby Secret Beach, as well as the harbour. The hotel was very helpful in arranging transportation to and from Mirissa.

    Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had with a hotel. A lot of love goes into this place. Location is perfect for Mirissa. Right next to a beach entrance but hidden away so you feel the quiet and safe. Perfect for solo travelers and couples. The rooms are well appointed and spotless. I kept extending my stay because I was so comfortable. Great experience. Thank you Babylon team!

    A glamorous honeymoon.. Sri Lanka is the best.. Sea Breeze Hotel is the most welcoming place in Mirissa hands down. The beach was so close yet we couldn't hear any noice in our room. They Upgraded our room without a charge. They had decorated our room and everything. The food was so delicious.. I must say Sea Breeze Hotel is VERy Lgbtq friendly.. We had the most Wonderful time.

    The location of the hotel is about an 8 minute walk to the Central beach area of Mirissa so it's close but not beachside. Secret Beach is also nearby and is advertised as a short walk but is not as walkable as Central beach just due to the hills to get to the beach. Nice breakfast buffet set up in the morning with everything you need - even an Egg Hopper station!
