Feels brand new, very spacious. Probably the cleanest apartment in Sri Lanka - mean it! Equipped with all furniture, fridge / freezer combination etc. you need - not more and not less :) subjectively, some decorative elements would make the room more cozy. Bathroom with hot water boiler and decent water pressure. Rare and welcome exception in Sri Lanka.
Owner (Nilan) and his caretaker were both very friendly and helpful. A noisy fan in one bedroom was fixed within a day.
Very clean pool!

Everything about this small boutique hotel/ guesthouse was perfect.
I wish I could score them 100!!! Not just 10
Beautifull family who helped with anything we needed yet stayed in the background, were not intrusive in anyway - attentive, caring, professional, supportive with advice.
They offer massages etc which I didn’t undertake as I have been in Sri Lanka for 1 month and took this elsewhere.( I wish I’d experienced this with them).
This is my second trip to Sri Lanka and this area in the western province is my favourite.
This place is sparkling clean throughout . The pool is immaculate . The gardens are well kept watered daily.
WiFi is very good.
I will MOST DEFINITELY COME BACK NEXT YEAR
The breakfast is delicious. Beds are comfortable and the air con actually works!!!
Property was approx 5 mins from the beach - which is clean!!
5 mins tuk tuk ride from the ATM.
( they accept cash only).
This country is recovering from a difficult time politically.
The people smile so brightly and welcome with open arms.
They work extremely hard to make everyone happy .
Please don’t try the big hotels this is a perfect size with only 8 rooms.
Located just 3.7 km from Bentota River Airport, Paradise Bay offers a restaurant. This self-catering accommodation features free WiFi.

Lovely place to relax. Large beach.
Lovely place to relax. Large beach. Not many restaurants on the beach and not as populated with tourists as other areas we visited, but we loved spending time in Shah Shah's and found a sun bed to relax in with an umbrella. Also recommend Pier 88 to eat out in near by Aluthgama, lovely river views and good quality food. Also recommend Kandoori if you fancy a bit of Indian cuisine. We didn't do many day trips as we had already done some in Mirissa but we did do a boat safari that was pleasant enough. Great location if you want to be relatively near to Colombo and the airport. We mostly relaxed by the pool and had Ayurvedic massages so recommend finding a nice hotel with good facilities. Worth a visit.
Comfortable guesthouse with spacious and renovated family rooms, great for an extended stay. It is 5min away from Cinnamon Bey beach. The staff extremely nice and helpful. The owner attends to his guests himself to make sure that our stay is great and exceeds expectations. They organized a cute setup for our friend whose birthday happened to be during our stay, they allowed us to check out later free of charge, and even arranged for a homemade lunch at the guesthouse itself, on the pergola, which was great. Highly recommended!
The villa is very big and beautiful, our room was spacious and clean. Sam - the administrator is very friendly and helpful, he has his own tuk-tuk (vehicle) and he drove us around wherever we wanted to go, be it to shops with the best prices or sightseeing. The location is quite nice - it's about a 15 minutes walk from the good spot on the beach (Sam will show you where it is) and there are different shops, restaurants, pharmacy etc within walking distance. As a bonus - the villa has its own access to the river and a boat.
This villa is really maintained by the owner and it was newly build place which is located near to the fabulous Bentota Beach.
There has your privacy and no one disturbing you while in the property.
owner of the property is very helpful and he has great knowledge about the area and activities which we can do within our stay.
also he has good connections with around the restaurants if we need to arrange anything with the meals.
overall it was great pleasure to stay there as a guest!
The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (they have massage shower panel ), and high quality service. I had breakfast on the beach and it was fantastic. They are also one of the few hotels that offer a nanny service for a small fee and Mr De Silva also arranged a trip for me so I felt safe with them. Highly recommended.
New well-equipped villa with the great high speed Wi-Fi so you can work remotely. The location is also awesome, beach is just in 10 minutes walking distance. We have 3 separate rooms, dining area, kitchen and cool living room so there is a lot of space. We use one of the room as a working cabinet because it has comfortable table and chair.
The area near the house is also very cozy and secure.
It's such a nice and relaxing spot!
The room is very new and comfy and the area with beachfront makes you wish never to leave.
It's great that they also have a restaurant, so you don't have to search for drinks or food far.
For now only a part of the rooms are fully finished, so in the future there will be more opportunities to enjoy this wonderful place.
It was located just by the beach but on the second floor which gave you the benefit of privacy as well as the proximity to the ocean. It was a spacious room with a nice bathroom.
The owner with family and employee provided all necessary help and was extremely polite.
The food was also excellent!
One of the most beautiful places we stayed in Sri Lanka! The atmosphere is just amazing. Everything is perfect from the natural tasteful decorations, the staff that makes you feel at home, the wonderful location right at the beach. Price is very good for what you get. Super clean room.
The staff welcomed me like family and took great care of me throughout my stay. They went above and beyond, to make me feel at home. The food was exceptional and the treatments were tailored to me and of the highest standard. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Sri Lanka.
Had a perfect and special breakfast. I really liked it. Host is very helpful. Arranged free transport to the beach. And helped to find everything what i want. And there is a kitchen with all the kitchen items you can cook there in your way. City also near to villa.
The hosts were wonderful. Lasith was at hand with local recommendations and his wife jamila cooked us a fantastic breakfast. The villa itself is walking distance to the beach. It is large and wealth appointed and fantastic value for money. Highly recommended.
The owner is wonderful, really taking care of you, and open to share good stories and details about life in Sri Lanka The breakfast is great, and the room is good size. The garden, the kitchen are a big plus.
Very friendly family who helped us carry the luggage upon arrival. The chef prepared us a very good meal that we ate at the beautiful beach. Sri Lankan breakfast on the same beach was very tasty.
