Score from 614 reviews Very good
Wi Fi. Not good to connect.
We stayed here for one night. Room was clean, warm (good considering it was cold and raining out) Good location, less than 10 min walk to the square. Breakfast was nice, omelette and crepe station, selection of bread and pastries. Pool and garden area looked nice, didnt use as was raining out. Would stay here again as was €45 for the night inlc breakfast.
Our key card stoped working twice. Wifi was in and out. Couldn't rely on it.
Great location, good pool and restaurant.
Cleaning staff very loud in the mornings and just walk into your rooms without knocking. Really bad WIFI connection.
Location of hotel amazing, 5 minutes walk from the main sq but a perfect distant to escape from it all. Nice to have a pool and gardens + taxi's right outside of the hotel at most times. Even with the language barrier staff done their best to help with directions etc.
Wifi in the rooms was extremely tempermental, the lobby and garden areas had better connection. Hot selection at breakfast was limited and wasn't very nice
Good location. Easy to walk everywhere. Decent breakfast. Good value for money.
We don't apeak French so struggled a little with the staff with directions and things. Not the most helpful staff.
Staff were very friendly
Wifi is weak
Staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean with very well maintained gardens and pool. There are taxi in front of the hotel and it`s really easy to get anywhere from the hotel. They can also arrange a trips into the mountains.
Hotel staff could speak English and wi-fi could be better but it wasn`t big issue for us.
Basically I liked everything about this hotel. The friendly hotel staff, my room and the amazing breakfast. The hotel itself it seems to have been recently renovated, so my room was in very good shape, newly painted, TV, very nice bathroom with all amenities included. The view of my room to the swimming-pool and the Koutoubia Minaret was very nice. The morning breakfast was totally out of this world. I couldn't believe how much variety was available. Very well located, just a nice walk away from the main square. I will be back to Marrakesh next week and will stay here again.
Good position walking distance from souks if you're careful crossing the busy road or 30 dirham taxi from road entrance to hotel (agree before getting in). 70 dirham (max 100 to airport). Helpful staff but you should try to speak some basic French. Nice swimming pool and public area. Good WiFi.
Some noise from ventilation system in bedroom was annoying and some fittings and decoration need attention.
The location, staff and price/quality
The wifi is not really good and the bed is not a lot comfortable
The hotel has an authentic feel with a very nice garden. Rooms were spacious. No problems with hot water and heating. Staff responded promptly to requests. Comfortable but not luxurious enough to be 4 star.
Wi-fi was available but very poor connectivity. Lighting in the rooms was extremely dim, even with an extra lamp that we requested.
We were in a nice room facing the pool, with a beautiful balcony. Next to the medina.
Breakfast is poor. Staff at the reception is really not friendly, specially the two ladies. There is no double beds in the hotel, only single beds put together.
We enjoyed the location the staff service especially the guy who handles the bags very very good service. Location is good. Security is good taxis and horse carriage outside building . Nice place overall.ps excellent shower
The rooms could do with some new furniture some English channels would be good. Also breakfast could be better not really fresh as it should be. Also wifi could do with fixing as it keeps going on and off. And it would be better to have information on English wouldattrat. More customers
Heated pool, tennis court, table tennis, breakfast buffet, great location. Travel agency within the hotel that offers day trips. Overall friendly staff.
The pillows weren't very comfortable but we slept well anyways. The room was a bit cold during the night as there were gaps in the window but it was ok when we had long sleeved shirts on during the night. The WiFi is not very reliable but it is ok when it connects.
The location was within walking distance of the square. It seemed closer than most other tourists we talked to. "Free" breakfast.
Based on the price we paid, we were quite dissatisfied. There was nothing special about the hotel, but also nothing wrong with it. No good view and the interior is quite bland, both in common areas and in the rooms. I felt like I was at a La Quinta inn. We were English speakers and chose this hotel since it had English as a spoken language. However the English was very poor, scheduling a cab and paying for the hotel was a pain. A riad seems to be a better value from what I hear, and I can't imagine they are any worse at English. Definitely going to try a riad next time and not give hotel chems even more money.
Just back from my break in Chems hotel had a great time, breakfast was very nice and the staff were very helpfull, I wou definitely recommend this hotel, very central to souks.
good location and good hotel
Really close to the Jma El Fnna, 5 min walking, but far enough from all the noise and mess.
The bar closes at 11pm.
location and garden
The lady Bushra in reception is not a hospitality professional at all, she was shouting to us infront of other guests to force us to take other room for our kids, I was trying to explain to her that the hotel policy is clear about that but she made our stay a night mare for not booking another room for kids... this is not acceptable at all
Good hotel for the money-peaceful but central location-brilliant pool
Wifi connection was a little patchy in the room
Friendly staff, excellent value for money. The garden and pool was wonderful.
Wifi not very good.
Bacon not good like it was last year
Location Simple process at desk
Staff a little sterile
